Upon arrival the room smelled clean so we started off great! Great space for a couple. We enjoyed the scenery of the beach from the bed & private balcony had a great view of the beach. Pool was good & the gated entrances were a plus.Definitely would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was bigger than it looked in the pictures. Very nicely decorated. The bathroom is amazing. Great view of the beach. Navigating the complex was easy. Great signage. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Comfortable Room

I was pleased with the studio room, the view was perfect and private, the amenities met my needs. I am seriously considering coming back to that unit, which was very quiet. I throughly enjoyed my stay. 5-Star studio condo.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was very clean and centrally located to pretty much all restaurants that we went to. I will say one day we got woke up from construction that was happening 2 floors above us and I do not remember being told about the construction ahead of time, but other than that we had a very pleasant experience :)

I would suggest people either bring their own chairs or buy two inexpensive chairs at walmart . Pay 6 dollars for a day at Henderson State Park beach down the road. You dont have restrictions there.

Absolutely Perfect for a Couple

This studio was perfect for a couple, it had everything we needed. There was no stove but it's vacation and we didn't have any plans to cook. Bathroom was great, the jacuzzi tub was perfect for soaking in the evenings and the mix of beach view and city view from the balcony was great. We absolutely plan to stay again!

I loved my stay here! Everything was clean upon arrival. Staff was very polite as well. I agree with some of the other reviews. The pictures don’t do the beach view from this room any justice. It looks WAY better in person! :) I love how it wasn’t a shared balcony, and was very private. I will definitely be booking again!

Our First time here

When we got there there was very little communication. We didn’t know where the office was. No one told us how to get to the beach we had to find someone that was staying there and they let us know. There was a lot of construction going on that week on the building so it was loud. When we booked we didn’t know that there was a “quiet time” that we had to abide by. We didn’t know we were paying for HOA fees either. They did leave us some dish washing and laundry stuff but there wasn’t a dishwasher in the unit and i have no idea where the laundry was. I guess over all it was clean and a place to stay.

Immaculate

This efficiency condo is absolutely gorgeous!! I loved everything about it. It is immaculately clean and up to date. The view was better than the picture showed and the shower and jacuzzi tub were awesome! We already want to go back there next year or the next time we get to go! Tawnya was super nice from Vacasa and tender to any need we had immediately. One negative....which has nothing to do with the condo or Vacasa. The HOA people are very rude and condescending. Ron was a jerk on the phone and his assistant Marcus is not efficient at all. They did not create a friendly or welcoming feeling.
