Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 full bath condo. Beach block. Off street parking along with free street spots across street. Outside shower, storage unit for toys, and wonderful patio to smell the ocean air. Family room, full kitchen, dining room. Wifi available. The Garage will have room for one normal size vehicle. There is a boat for owner use only, please do not mess with it. It is not included

PLEASE NOTE OUR BOOKING GUIDELINES. SOMEONE OVER THE AGE OF 25 MUST OCCUPY THE CONDO DURING THE ENTIRE STAY.

THIS IS IN ACCORDANCE WITH OUR CONDO ASSOCIATION RULES, ANY DEVIATION WILL RESULT IN EVACUATING THE PREMISES AND LOSING ALL FUNDS PAID.

Amazing All Around

Patrick’s place is exactly as shown. The proximity to the beach is fantastic. The condo was clean and modern and had everything we needed. We had a day during our trip where it rained from the night before until mid-afternoon and this was the perfect place for our family to spend relaxing with each other. Communication was kind and professional as well as prompt. I would love to stay again and highly recommend.

Excellent Location and Amenities

My family and I enjoyed this property, located a few minutes walk to the beach, with plenty of amenities to ensure we were comfortable at home (multiple flatscreen TVs, lots of couch and recliner space, a roomy kitchen, and a quaint sitting area for 8 surrounded by windows), outside (spacious balcony with views of the beach fireworks), and on the beach (available beach umbrellas, multiple chairs, and a fat tire rolling cart). A chain store is located on the short walk to the beach to pick up waters and goodies. Good restaurants within walking distance (Mudhen was particularly good!) The best part of a great stay was the service. Patrick answered all of our questions promptly and professionally. We look forward to future visits.

Beautiful Condo

Highly recommend this condo! Very clean. Had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen! Bathrooms have hairdryers and other little necessities you may forget to pack. We had an issue with air conditioning and the owner was immediately on it as soon as I contacted him. He had techs there to fix it until he could get a new unit. He kept us updated and we had air in a few hours. We were very grateful for his responsiveness. I gave this condo 5 stars right down the line because of the owner and because it truly is a beautiful condo! It’s on the third floor, but it was fine for all of us because it gave us good exercise! Kids ranging from 17-21 enjoyed it just as much! It’s close to the boardwalk, great coffee shops, distributors, dollar stores, mini golf and the beach!

Great family place with lots of space. Two rooms have bunks and a full bed so only one private room for adults technically if you have two kids like we did, our siblings took master and we took bottom bunk for week. If you are tall it’s tough to not hit your head. Husband is 6ft. But it worked. Property manager very kind and easy to reach. Only suggestions are porch furniture was falling apart and old food was left in fridge. The third floor is also tough to carry all luggage for long week. But most would expect that booking third floor. There were lots of games for kids there and we enjoyed playing blurt , pool, and cards. The kitchen is perfect for cooking breakfast. There was no iron or blow dryer however property manager had it overnighted to us and it arrived in time for the week. Great light in morning and and I would recommend staying here for sure.

Très beau séjour à Wildwood

L'endoit est bien et les aires communes sont grandes ce qui est bien pour 2 familles. La description indique 3 salles de bain mais dans les faits il y en a 2 et cela nous convenait. Les drap ne sont pas fourni mais les serviettes pour les douches le sont. La table peut contenir 6 personnes alors nous devions faire manger les enfants avant nous. Nous avons rencontré les hôtes. Un couple très gentil alors n'hésitez pas a les contacter si vous avez une question ou un problème!

This condo was nice and had what we needed. 2 blocks from the boardwalk. So many stores and restaurants within a close walking distance. Property owner was very responsive. I would recommend.

Nice Place

Enjoyed our stay, just wish I had asked about it being on the 3rd floor, place was big and clean, kids had fun playing pool and games and the beach was a short walk. There was lots to do within blocks of the apartment
