The house is absolutely beautiful inside and out. We enjoyed our stay very much. My kids loved the pool and did not want to get out. Communication was very quick when I needed help. Will definitely book again in the future and recommend this to everyone.

The host was on top of the couple of conccerns that we had, which were minimal. The property was very nice. Just as advertised. The location was in a great spot for us. All of the extras that were there for us to use were appreciated. Looking forward to go back there.

Very comfortable home, clean and well appointed. Had dinner with friends a couple of nights and dinner in the area. We have been coming to the west coast for five years and really enjoy it. We will be back.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house manager was amazing. We had one little problem with the water heater when we first arrived and she was there within 2 minutes and was working on the problem. After they figured out the water heater we had no more problems all week. Had everything we needed for the stay. Pool was very relaxing.

The property met our expectations. The backyard was private which we loved. We loved sitting outside on the lanai. A suggestion may be to add a dining table to the lanai area. Also, the one bedroom listed the bed as a queen sized. It was not a queen but a double. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in the home.

Yes neighbor has a dog, name Oliver and he barks a bit when he is playing, very friendly and we hardly notice anymore. Sorry he troubled your stay but not much I can do unfortunately. There are so many apps and TV choices to choose from. We suggest travel with the apps you use daily and login for your stay. Thank you for your response.

We were unaware there were any issues. We have our number listed for the guests to contact us immediately with anything they need. Had we been notified, we would have sent out housekeeping and maintenance immediately! We always have a post cleaning inspection and nothing was noted with cleaning or maintenance issues. Never any issues in the past and no communication at all from guest during or after stay.

Fun in the Sun

Our stay was everything we expected. Enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The location allowed us to enjoy a Spring Training game in Fort Myers., also a ride to Sanibel island where we enjoyed lunch at The Bubble Room. Neighborhood was quiet. Beautiful, well kept home

Very comfortable home - clean, beautiful inside and out. Stayed from 1-19 to 2-4-22, so we experienced the Florida ‘winter’ therefore we were not able to enjoy the beautiful pool. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pans, dishes, toaster and coffee maker. Loved the shower in the master bedroom bathroom. David was very patient with us inquiring how to use the streaming tv - new to us old folks. LOL He was very thoughtful checking on us during the cold snap - took steps to make us comfortable, good communication. The bottle of wine left on the counter for us was a nice touch. The neighborhood was quiet and in a safe area. Highly recommend staying here.

Great winter getaway.

We were very pleased with our stay. We were surprised with a birtle of wine on the counter. House was in excellent repair and very well stocked. The jitchen included a blender, crockpot and george foreman grill that were nice to have as well as mixer and cookie sheets and muffin tin and great assortment of casserole dishes. We used the kitchen a lot. The pool was beautiful; however, a cool time of the year so we did not use. The hammock was relaxing. We definately would recommend. Our temperatures were 68-76 degrees.... but we escaped a snowstorm back in Pennsylvania that dumped a foot of snow. Thank you Dave & Kelly for sharing your home!
