Love this place.

Great place located in a quiet neighborhood. Heated pool and spa worked awesome. Temps were only in the upper 60s lower 70s and the pool had no problem staying warm. Highly recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is located in a nice neighborhood which made it great for walks. We enjoyed the nice pool and spa very much. We found the house was well stock with essentials. Don February 2023

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very disappointed that the 3rd bathroom was outside. If we had kids that might have been ok but no one in our group wanted to go outside to use the 3rd bathroom. The carpet and rugs are filthy, dishwasher doesn’t clean even with good detergent, we ended up washing all the dishes by hand.

Three generations

Perfect setup for my wife and I, our son and daughter in law and two grandchildren. Lots of room and we all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Caroline answered all questions and made our planning easy.

This home was everything described! House was loaded with everything you could imagine to make our stay amazing! A couple of things need cleaning but not that big of a deal! Would recommend!!!!

Great Stay

Was everything we expected. There were a few things that needed attention but you except that when you rent a house.Great location quite .Only thing I wish is that a gas grill would be there. But we made do with a charcoal grill. Would book for next year but already booked.

Perfect for Young Families

Wow! This property had everything we needed for traveling with 2 young kids and our grandmother. The baby gate around the pool gave us much needed peace of mind. Caroline the property manager went above and beyond for us. She responded within minutes and made sure the baby gate was installed and ready for our arrival. This property had so many fun things for us to use and enjoy. The heated pool and hot tub were wonderful. We enjoyed fishing in the canal and driving to the beach. The garage had beach chairs, toys and umbrellas for us to use. The beds were comfortable and the property was clean. We can’t wait to come back!

Nice property but not the cleanest

Lots of space, quiet neighborhood. Felt like it could have been cleaner - cobwebs in some parts of house. There was a severe ant problem outside around pool and hot tub and that lead to lots of dead ants in the pool. At times would run out of hot water and there was only 3 people staying in the home.

Thank you for your review. I was at the house right after your departure but did not see any ant issues. Pest control was there during your stay and maybe that created the ants to come out and die off. Not sure why you would run out of hot water and wondering why you did not notify our maintenance department. We have not had any issues with past and the now current guests.

Friends Getaway

We enjoyed our week at the property. Loved sitting under the lanai or down by the canal to watch the sunrise and enjoy the morning sun. The house shades part of the pool for the sun of the day and the lanai does the same. We would've enjoyed a little more sun to soak up but regardless it was great weather and got great use of the pool and hot tub each day. The house was perfect for sleeping, relaxing and cooking in. It was easy to come and go from the property and the neighborhood was pleasant. We loved the ground owls down the road! We did not realize the third bathroom was outdoors by the pool so that was a little inconvenient since we had 3 couples anticipating having their own bathrooms, but we made it work. Great spot for a relaxing vacation.

Very nice accommodations

Booking was easy, amenities even better than expected. Pool and hot tub were used and enjoyed. Lots of kitchen items, nice laundry, loads of pool toys, beach chairs, beach umbrellas. Location was okay, but travel to beach and restaurant areas took 30-60 minutes. We had some issues with lights not working in the master bedroom. Contacted property manager and maintenance but all I got was, “must be burned out bulbs”. Nobody ever showed up to rectify that situation. Overall, we would rent again. Very nice property

Thank you for your review. Just to clarify about the light bulbs, during this Covid time and to keep everyone safe, we are not able to visit homes during a guests stay when there is a non emergency. Since the other lights in the same room worked, we had to wait to replace the bulbs in the ceiling fan. We look forward to having you stay with us again.

Great house

House was awesome, pool and hot tub were fantastic. I have the house a 5 star because it is. But it could use some bushes or something on the hotub side of the house. There is no privacy when your in the pool to the house next door. Luckily the only people we seen we're working on the house. The only other thing is the shade looking out the master bedroom to the pool has a few issues. That needs fixed. Outside of the two small issues we loved it and lounged for a solid week. Great vacation

Breezy Palms- Cape Coral

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent 3 weeks over Christmas and New Year at Breezy Palms. Its a beautiful villa with comfy beds and very well appointed. Great location - easy to get to shops and entertainment. Its a 4 bedroomed villa, with the master suite having a huge en suite bathroom and spa bath, but sadly the 2nd bathroom which served the other 3 bedrooms wasnt ideally located off the kitchen and being 6 seniors, was a little inconvenient! Would be fine for families though. Pool was lovely and some other reviewers talk about the 'hot' tub (?). I don't believe its a 'hot' tub at all as it was never warmer than the pool itself. It was still nice though. Despite the autumn hurricane, the villa and immediate area was very much untouched, althoiugh further out to Fort Myers and Sanibel there was devastation. We were amazed at the stoicism of the Floridians who really pulled together and worked hard to make the area nice for tourists and rebuild as much as they could in a very short time. Sanibel beaches opened just as we left (Jan 7th) and the waterways were all busy with boats. A couple of things needed doing at the villa, but Caroline was straight on to it and resolved all issues. Pls note, pool is often in the shade which would be great during the summer, but not so great in winter!
