Great Hot Tub and Fire Pit

We were in the hot tub every day and really enjoyed the fire wood waiting to go for s’mores and hot dogs. Our kids thought the loft upstairs was super cool. It’s closeness to Rogers and Bentonville was a plus and allowed us to get in some good bike riding and eating!

Lovely, Cozy House!

My husband surprised me with a getaway here for 3 nights! I love this house and how unique and comfortable it is! Everything about it is fun…Books, games, yoga gear, hot tub and spacious yard ! We are new to Arkansas and found this house was close to so many attractions. The owner clearly takes so much pride in providing the best experience possible!! We plan on coming back again in the warmer weather!

Easy to find. Small but quaint house. Ate dinner upstairs on the outdoor porch. Hot tub was perfect for kids, along with swing in the backyard. Would have used the outdoor fire pit but it rained that night--had plenty of wood available.

Great place cleaning fee high considering what they want you to do for just two people, back yard has a privacy fence but neighbors can see without any issues. Place bigger than I thought and at least quiet, had issues with living room tv but will say there was plenty to do and had a central location to everything

Cute little place!

Great experience! Cute little a frame house, exactly as described. Took a little getting used to as me and my husband are both tall. Our dogs enjoyed the big back yard, but the fence does have some areas where small dogs could get out. One of ours escaped due to gate not closing completely, but was quickly recovered. Overall a great place to stay!

Great little A Frame

What a cute place! It was a last minute, same day booking and it went great. The host was very responsive and everything at the house was in perfect order. The kitchen is small, but with only a one night stay it was not of concern. The upstairs loft with a private deck was perfect for my daughter. The primary bedroom was spacious and comfortable, with a door directly to the front of the house, making loading and unloading a breeze. The yard and hot tub were wonderful and relaxing. The decor was amazing, with travel and adventure in mind. We had a great time here and will definitely consider this darling A Frame next time we visit the Beaver Lake area!

Great Getaway at an excellent property

We adored staying at this nice A-Frame close to Beaver Lake! My partner and I had a fantastic time here! The hot tub was wonderful and easy to use, the beds were comfy, and the area was nice and quiet. We had a terrific time! I do want to mention a couple of things, that aren’t complaints but more like suggestions for those that stay there and hopefully some small improvements that could be made. The lighting going up to the house was not great. We used our flashlights on our phones and were just fine, but some additional lights on the path and maybe a motion light to light up the front or path would have helped us see when we arrived back home one night. Use your phone or a flashlight and you'll be fine, but it could use some more light. The backyard lighting is lovely! My partner did suggest that she could have used a full length/larger mirror so she could see herself a little better since we attended some nice dinners this weekend. Great kitchen, but bring your own creamer for morning coffee! Other than that, fantastic and cozy stay and we enjoyed just about every minute! The guest book was great to look at and see all types of visitors and hanging in the loft was nice! We will definitely be coming back!

Lake and Culture

What a darling lake cabin!! We were so excited to stay at the Beaver Shores cabin and just be out and away from the noise of cities. We were rewarded here with sounds of birds, boats on the lake, and very quiet evenings. So nice. My goal was to be able to access the other significant activities and places in this part of Arkansas such as Crystal Bridges, Eureka Springs, and Beaver Lake. I was able to go to Crystal Bridges. This beautiful museum and exhibits are free to the public! You have to go there if in this part of the US. The cabin was so fun to see the inside decor and the back yard is set up for relaxing and enjoying your stay. There is plenty of access to streaming content for times you want to do that as well. Lots of reading material with books on shelves and games to play. It was difficult to get the bathroom door to close so we had to prop it closed if we did not want our dogs as company. The eat in kitchen is cozy and had all we needed to be able to have meals. We used the fridge as well it provided ice by ice trays. The drive in and out could be a challenge for those who don't like winding, climbing roads but Wow! the beautiful trees over growing and shading the roadway, the surprising homes, occasional deer, and the park like setting make it a scenic drive. There are a few tricky turns of the road so using GPS will help you navigate. Be sure to try several of the in and out routes so you see all there is to view around Beaver Shores. Our stay was unusual since my husband got pneumonia and had to stay in the hospital there in Rogers for a few days. Staci was so sweet to offer to check on our dogs while I was at the hospital and was just so kind by answering all of my questions about details that I could not figure out from reading the house information. We certainly want to return when we can fully enjoy the area. Also, be aware that the yard is fenced but has many large spaces under the fence where a pet could get out. We really like to be able to play frisbee with the pups and let the dogs run off leash to execise but we could not do that here. The drive in and out of Rogers was about 15-20 minutes and about 20 more minutes to get to Crystal Bridges. I shopped for groceries at the smaller Walmart on New Hope Rd. We loved the area and our stay. We recommend the Beaver Shores A-frame cabin as an awesome place to enjoy some lake time and be close to a great cultural experience as well.

Fantastic home with great location

We really enjoyed this rental. It was in a great location. Close to Rogers and super close to Beaver Lake. There is a long driveway that fit our boat and truck and a neighborhood boat ramp just a minute away. There is another public boat ramp just minutes away. The fenced in yard was great for our dogs and our kids loved the hot tub. The home is older but was super clean and had everything we needed. Lots of thoughtfulness on the part of the host. Would definitely recommend.

This 1970's A-Frame's charm sold me when I found out it was originally built from a "vacation cabin" kit and used as a lake getaway. Centrally located at Beaver Lake in Rogers, it's a great place to call home and access all that NWA has to offer like Hobb's State Park, countless hiking trails, bike trails, and beautiful scenery.
