Very disappointed

Location of property was great. Unfortunately, it ends there. All the furniture upstairs in the living room/dining room was old and disgusting. The sofa cushions are falling apart with down feathers coming out of the bottom cushions. The sofas are so stained and gross that we didn`t want to sit on them. I actually took a sheets from the unused beds and covered the sofas. The dining chairs were stained and gross as well. Both upper level screen doors had ripped screens that allowed bugs to get into the house, we didn't have a choice because it was hot and there is no a/c. The lower level screen door would not lock.There was a broken chair and swing up against the lower level and junk on the side of the house. All the outdoor furniture was covered in spider webs, as well as all the railngs, windows and house. There were ants coming up through the kitchen sink area. The hot water heater needs to be turned down A LOT! Really dangerously hot. This whole place needs an update! Not to mention, carpet in the bathrooms. Would never recommend staying here. This is not a Premier Property!

Tired old dirty furniture and coaches dirty carpet

House is need of remodel and new furniture. Furniture and carpet were very old and filthy specially the living room coaches could have been picked up from the street

We had a lovely time

The house was spectacular. The view and proximity to the lake was perfect. We enjoyed making meals in the spacious kitchen and loved playing games at the roomy table. My only suggestion is please have a BBQ on the premises and upgrade the toaster oven! It was broken.

It did the job

I enjoyed my stay here. It accommodated my family. This was a very large property with an amazing view of the lake. There could be a few adjustments. Would of been nice to have a grill and heating on the lower levels.

Amazing spot right onto lake. Beautiful views and a great time had by all. Especially with the kids!

Such a perfect location if you want a quiet spot to relax with the family in the mountains and not have to go anywhere. The home has beautiful views, a great sledding hill, and total privacy. The town of Big Bear Lake was packed this weekend, but we had no idea anyone was there. Definitely going to go back.
