Passage Point is one of the most requested places to stay at Copper Mountain! This fantastic, 5th floor condo will make you feel right at home. If comfort is what your looking for, you found it!

Sit on the private balcony and enjoy views of Copper Mountain Village, and the surrounding mountains. Relax by the gas fireplace after a full day of skiing and riding, or take a soak in one of the three large hot tubs. This condo has got it all: great location, a full kitchen, cable, washer/dryer, private ski locker, gas fireplace and a large private balcony.

This is a one of a kind property in Passage Point. Its on the end of the building facing the mountain with unrivaled views of Copper Mountain and the surrounding peaks. The master bedroom has a King Bed and en suite bathroom. There is a flat screen TV in this bedroom.

The second bedroom has a King Bed and en suite bathroom. There is a flat screen TV in this bedroom as well.

The third bedroom has two queen beds. There is a bathroom located across the hall. 

It is a short walk to the American Eagle and American Flyer chairlifts. This is also a great location for beginners and first timers. The bus stop to the "bunny" slopes in West Village and the Copper Ski and Ride School is right out front.

Passage Point has garage parking for 1 vehicle. Additional vehicles can park in the North Alpine Lot at the entrance of Copper Mountain for an additional fee during the winter, summer is free. There's an exercise room, 3 awesome outdoor hot tubs, a shared laundry room, and children's play area. Garage height 7'10"

There were a lot of issues we had to deal within the unit over our past experiences in that complex. We were hoping to receive the value we paid for or some fair compensation. Sorry, maybe we will try again.

This unit is even better than the pictures! Large, spacious, fully equipped and with a great view of the mountains. My family (2 teen agers) and my parents were all very comfortable in the unit. We would definitely stay here again.

Great space for a large family

Our family of 8 adults and 3 under 3 had a fabulous time. The condo was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked to cook for a large family and it has a fantastic view. Our only concern was that the 1 year old could unlock and open the main door. It would be nice to have a lock higher on the door to insure the kids could not escape! We loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again.

Ski Trip

We've stayed in various condos at Copper over the years and this has been the best one. 3 large bedrooms, 3 baths, large family room and clean functional kitchen. Great view of the "town" and mountain. 3 outdoor hot tubs and ski lockers right near the walkway to the mountain. The only suggestion is to add more drinking glasses, and update pots and pans. We'll book here again

This place is great. I would rebook today for 2024 if we didn’t have a wedding on the same day. I will book 2025 as soon as it’s available. Had everything we needed. Management was very responsive to the few questions we had.

Great Location. Great Condo

We live outside of Denver in the mountains and often do 3-4 day stays to avoid the traffic on the way home. We have rented over 50 condos in the last 10-12 years and this was one of our favorite despite having an issue with one of the three showers. If this units is on your radar, don't think twice about booking it.

Great view and space but needs updating

My wife, son/daughter in law and their 2 children (3yrs and 1yr old) daughter and son in law stayed 6 nights in this unit. This unit has a great view of the slopes, mountains and center village. The unit has high ceilings in the living area with windows floor to ceiling in the main living area. The parking garage is heated and the driveway in to the parking garage is heated so it is dry even with snowing conditions. The area works well for 6-8 adults with seating in the living area and the large dining table. The walk to the slopes is not far. We all felt that the room needs to be updated and could use more of a "ski" theme as far as decor. Besides the trial map on the wall you wouldn't know you where steps away from skiing unless you looked outside. The carpet needs replacing or better yet replaced with some laminate flooring. The bathrooms are dated and cabinets are heading towards needing refinishing. Two of the bathrooms had pitiful water pressure in the showers. We felt like the room needed a little deeper cleaning than the standard in and out cleaning. The two recliners with round bases had lots of dust showing and an E cigarette was under the recliner that was visible. Dusty on top of the Fridge too and I am short so it is easily visible. The bedrooms don't have and ceiling lights so they with only the bedside lamps it is not very well lit. The bedrooms do not have a chest of drawers so there is very little drawer space for clothes besides the closet for hanging them. The beds are comfortable but the pillows are thin and not good. The unit could use an area as you come in to sit down to pull/put boots on.....store helmets, hang jackets etc. Also, we felt like the kitchen was not stocked enough for cooking for 6=8 adults as far as pots and pans. I will say that SkyRun has amazing customer service and very attentive to every request you make. I emailed them and ask for a pack n play and a high chair for my granddaughter. They quickly responded that they would provide them. The first day we had toilet problems and they were there to fix it promptly. We had a detector that was chirping and ended up they had to replace a carbon monoxide detector (responded quickly). We were going to vacuum the floor one day and the vacuum would not suck because a large hole in the vacuum hose. I sent a picture to SkyRun of the hose and they brought us a brand new one promptly. I received a call from SkyRun the day we left to see how our stay was. I told them about the weak shower stream and a few other issues so I feel they will respond to those problems quickly. This condo has unbelievable potential based on its size, view and location but I feel like it is lacking some things for it to be there at this point

Rare 3 bedroom in great location

Great experience all around. Loved the location because not only is it right in the heart of center village, it is also right next to the bus stop to take you to east and west village. The location can’t be beat.

Large 3 BR/3BA in Passage Point

Very large 3BR/3BA penthouse with washer and dryer. We rent twice a year from SkyRun at Copper Mtn and this is the largest and nicest condo we have ever stayed in at the best value. The team from SkyRun is amazing, always checking in to make sure we are happy the first morning and providing easy after hours checkin.
