I found the lodgings to be roomy and clean, and the neighborhood absolutely delightful. Just a short walk to the tony downtown area as well. Our host was terrific with communication and the ease of check-in/check-out. Perfect for those in town for baseball tournaments or to just enjoy the beauty of upstate NY!

Great Location! Close to ASV!

Stayed here while my son was in town at all star village for baseball. Very close to ASV and downtown Oneonta. Great location! I also had to work remotely during this time and the wifi was great. Place has everything you need!

Convenient for All Star Village

We stayed in here while our son played at All Star Village. It’s conveniently located with easy access to stores, downtown Oneonta, and All Star Village. The washer/dryer is shared with others but was very convenient! Clean apartment with all the basics we needed for our stay.

Baseball Tournament stay is a Home Run!

John, our Host, was very accessible and made our check in easy and friendly. This property was conveniently located to our Cooperstown All-Star Village Tournament which was a real advantage. The apartment was spacious, clean and met our needs. It is close to downtown Oneonta which was also a plus.

Very nice 1 bedroom apartment! The central air conditioning worked great. Bed was comfortable. Owner helpful and responsive to our questions.

i am so glad we chose this place to stay on our trip to cooperstown. it was much better than a hotel. only maybe 30 minutes from cooperstown. john was very nice and helpful. wifi was great. thank you john.

Very nice home, centrally located to middle of town, shopping and short drive to Cooperstown All Star Village. the apartment was very clean and comfortable. Laundry on site made it very easy to clean up and come home without a suitcase of dirty clothes. Would highly recommend it to anyone staying for Cooperstown All Star Village. Lots of great food and drink nearby less than a half mile walk. Off street parking, central ac, and smart tvs in bedroom and living room.

Granddaughter at All Star Village

This was the perfect spot to stay and watch the games. So much nicer to have room to stretch out and heat up a meal. Our host answered our questions and was responsive. Washing machine was awesome as we had a rainy week. Bed might need a new mattress soon, but other than that, all was great!

Great place to stay while in Oneonta

We were visiting because our son was playing at a baseball tournament held at SUNY Oneonta campus which was a quick 5 minutes from this apartment. Couldn't have been much more convenient! Also close to the quaint downtown area. The room was roomy and clean. Just be forwarned that while there are plates/silverware etc in the kitchen, there are no spices etc. The laundry was great but shared amongst other guests. Loved this little town.

Property as advertised

A good basic place to stay if you plan on spending a lot of time at All Star Village...it's about a 10-minute drive. The shared washer & dryer worked well and I used it multiple times during the week without any waiting. Only area for improvement is that I needed to contact the property manager for the check-in process, as I hadn't received it by the time Vrbo said I should...property manager was easily reachable & responsive though.

Great place to stay for my grandsons baseball tournament at Cooperstown All-star village. It’s about 5-7 minutes away from the fields. A couple of restaurants within walking distance. A short drive to downtown Oneonta where they have some cute shops and plenty of restaurants (note that most of the stores are closed on Mondays). Also a short drive to the mall, Walmart and chain restaurants. The apartment has everything you need, although I couldn’t find a cutting board, but plenty of pots and pans. Great wi-fi, comfortable bed. Owner had great communication and responded promptly. The only thing I didn’t care for was the window coverings in the dining area were see-through and you can see right into the bedroom when the door is open.

Apartment was well priced and clean. Air conditioning worked exceptionally well. This is an older dwelling that has a lot of character. I have to commend John the caretaker who provided outstanding service. We had a late bracket game and got home 1am and went out to get food and left keys in locked apartment. Called John who answered at 1:15 in morning and graciously came to house with keys with a smile and “no problem” temperament. You went above and beyond John. Thank You!!!

We came in to watch our grandson at Allstar Village. Location is excellent. Property is clean and well kept up. Check in was smooth and host was excellent. Would definitely recommend and if we ever comeback would book again.

Great Place for All Star Village

We stayed at this property three years ago but a different apartment. Just like last time, our stay was fantastic! Perfect location for All Star Village, easy access to the highway, close to Walmart, liquor depot, Dick’s, walking distance to a fabulous ice cream shop and Mexican restaurant. Loved having the laundry facility too. Easy check in and check out procedure.

Nice little spot

Everything was perfect. Location was spot on for our son's baseball tournament. I have nothing bad to say. O ly issue is that I didn't find any trash cans outside to throw our trash away. But other than that thank you very much.

Close to All Star Village

We recently stayed here while our son was playing at All Star Village for a week. Clean and very conveniently located for going back and forth to ASV. Only disappointment was we booked this specific apartment and paid in advance per VRBO rules and when we checked in we were given a different, less updated apartment. We had asked to add a day to our stay which the owner was very accommodating about, and which may have necessitated the change, but he never mentioned that we would not be able to stay in the apartment we’d booked based on the pictures. Several things - ancient couches that lord knows how many people have sat on, stained pillowcases on the bed - are reasons I would have chosen the original rental we picked over this one. However when it comes down to it it was clean and convenient, and very reasonable in price compared to other options in the area.

Perfect for CASV

I stayed here during my son's week at Cooperstown Allstar Village. Less than a 10 minute drive from the fields, walking distance from Oneonta downtown and close to grocery and other shopping. It's a spacious one bedroom.

This is a great location for those in town for the tournaments at All Star Village. Easy access to the interstate for the commute and quick access to dining options. This rental also has laundry facilities which was helpful. They don't have a blow dryer or toiletry items like a hotel, so be sure to pack those. The owner/manager was very nice and contacted us ahead of the stay to make sure we had his number. Great place!
