Great stay!

The checkin/out process was smooth and the owner was easy to get in contact with for any questions I had during my stay. The property was clean and only about 10mins from All Star Village.

Our stay here was great! We were in town for my son's baseball tournament and it was centrally located. It's roomy, clean and comfortable. The internet and TV was great as well. It was definitely our home away from home.

Baseball families

We booked this property with two other baseball families for our week at CASV. It is close to the fields we each had our own apartment and still had space to hang out and car pool back and forth to the fields.

Very convenient if playing at All Star Village

Our son played at ASV, we had to go back and forth a few times a day sometimes. This location is very convenient to the fields, restaurants, shopping and groceries.

Nice quiet stay

Overall the unit was very nice. John was great as he was able to get me into the unit early and was very responsive when I texted him. Additionally he contacted me a few days before my arrival to confirm my details.

It did the job

Overall the place worked for what we needed. There was hair stuck to the walls in the bathroom and the bathroom faucet had toothpaste splatter on it. Sponge at the kitchen sink was dirty and the sheets on one of the beds was stained, so we had to launder the sheets before sleeping in them. Place had not been dusted in some time and there were crumbs on the kitchen table. No one was there when we arrived but all the doors were unlocked and the key was on the table. Would have been nice to have those instructions ahead of time. Overall it worked but just a different experience.

Oneonta trip

This was a great home! Clean, comfortable and plenty of amenities. It's convenient to town and served as a base camp as we moved our daughter into her apartment and stayed in the area a few days.
