Harbor View Landing Mystic, CT - The Nantucket Waterfront Cottage

Harbor View Landing is located in the historic town of Mystic, CT.
The property is situated on one end of Willow Point, just a half mile outside of the downtown area. Our property consists of 4 waterfront cottages and 2 multi-unit homes. This property opened in June of 2019 and offers many included amenities such as a private dock with kayaks and paddle boards as well as complimentary bikes, fire pits and lawn games, all over looking the beautiful Connecticut coastline.

The Nantucket unit boasts of a spacious king-sized, one bedroom waterfront cottage, with separate living area, featuring a sleeper sofa and custom tiled private bathroom. This cottage comes equipped with retro mini-fridge, microwave, Nepresso coffee maker, HD TV, Amazon smart speaker, free wi-fi as well as a complimentary bottle of wine and water. Matouk linens and luxury Molton Brown bath products. Beach towels provided for complimentary water activities.

Nantucket Cottage @ Harbor View Landing

The cottage was beautifully decorated, cozy and made our stay very comfortable. The scenery was spectacular. We will definitely be going back!

Morning glory

Amazing spot. Attention to detail and vibe was perfect in cottage. What a way to bring in the spring sitting on deck on the water with blankets (that were designated for outside) watching the sunrise over the water. We will be back!!

Sweet New England Cottage

Stayed in the Nantucket cottage. Property luxuriously appointed and very well maintained. All furnishings in cottage were brand new, clean and stylish. Decor had relaxing and coastal vibe. Very quiet despite proximity to train which was not at all a problem. Kayaks and paddle boards plentiful and in excellent condition. Lovely views of marina. Great water pressure. Comfortable beds. Cute kitchenette . Very convenient to downtown.

one night getaway

We loved our right-next-to-the-water one night stay in The Nantucket. The sliding doors in both the living room and the bedroom are about 5 feet from the water. We loved watching the sun rise over the bay and having breakfast on the porch. The bed was comfortable - felt like memory foam. My five year old slept on the pull out couch (I would not want to sleep on that, but she was fine!) This place is such a tranquil beautiful waterside bungalow. It would be nicer if it was a tiny bit closer to town, but it's not too far, and it's nice to get away from the busyness of downtown. And certainly worth it for the view. I was worried about the sound of the train, but I noticed they have triple pane windows which really block out a lot of the noise. (In the afternoon, we had the slider open, and it was noticeably louder). With our sound machine on while we slept, we didn't hear it at all. I use a wheelchair, and had to have my partner push me over either grass or gravel to get to the unit. The bathroom was a tight squeeze for me, and I certainly could not turn around, but I was able to get to the sink and toilet. The shower was a bigger transfer. It was totally fine for a short stay, and we are so glad we splurged on this. They texted us the day of arrival to let us know it was ready early, at 1:40 PM, which worked out well for us. My dream is to rent out a number of the units with friends - and enjoy the fire pits right by the water!

Best Spot

Truly the best place we stayed in our two week New England road trip. Beautiful spot, beautiful cottage, amazingly clean and maintained....like a brand new house. GREAT.
