Well stocked condo. Exactly like described in posting. Many extras like books, games, and appliances. Confidently located next to pool, elevator and area restaurants. Will definitely stay here again

Beautiful view of Chincoteague Bay. I spent copious amounts of time on the deck looking at the bay. The beach is 6 miles away NOT a 6 minute walk. Rode many trails on Assateague. Definitely do this. And took a boat tour to see the ponies. Overall great stay, in a great condo.

The condo was clean and beautiful! The views were amazing. It was stocked with anything you could possibly need. The only thing we would recommend is to have some sort of map showing you how to get to the room. We were totally lost and had no idea how to get there. Thankfully there was a kind man in the parking lot who explained and showed us how to get there.Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the condo. We spent a lot of time there since our vacation ended up being during a NorEaster storm. But it allowed us to relax and unwind which we both needed. We would definitely stay here again!

HUGE, gorgeous condo!

Amazing location and absolutely zero complaints. We love it here for the offseason and do plan on booking again for around the same time next year!

Hosted Thanksgiving dinner for 11. Plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen stocked well with dishes, pots, pans, etc.

This property was a nice place to stay to take in the water views of beautiful Chincoteague! The condo was a nice open floor plan so you could see outside from the kitchen and living room. We loved how the master bedroom bed was set up to see the water views from bed. There are a couple of things that need attention, but were not emergent. Some of the microwave buttons did not work, one of the lamps did not work, and we could not get the master tv to work at all. Other than that, it was a great stay and a great spot to be on the island!

Sunset Bay Villas

The unit was absolutely gorgeous. The weather however was not but the owner’s library helped with that. Took the Saltwater Pony Boat tour and actually saw a small herd with 4 foals frolicking around their family, 3 bald eagles and turtles. Ate at a different restaurant for seafood whenever we went out. Would highly recommend Bill’s Prime Steak & Seafood. Also enjoyed watching the Coast Guard perform training maneuvers one afternoon! Would come down again when it’s warmer.
