Peachy's place was warm, welcoming and quiet! It was well stocked and clean. There is a nice little outdoor seating area just outside the door. The wifi was spotty, which would make things very difficult if you planned to do any computer work/use devices. There is a small step up from the bedroom into the laundry room/bathroom that we would forget about at night when the rooms were dark. The laundry room contains a room with a toilet and sink, then the shower is in another corner of the laundry room. There is no area of privacy for dressing/undressing and if there's no communication among the guests, you can walk by the shower when someone is in there. This information is just for people to know ahead of their stay. It is in no way a reason not to stay here. You should stay here! We would stay here again!

A cute little basement apartment, ideal for a short stay. Easy access to I-71 and sights of interest both downtown and around the city. Peachy was very personable and readily responded to questions. Very comfortable bed. Potential repeat place for future trips to Cincy. Also enjoyed the leftovers from cooking class!

Weeklong Stay at Peachy’s

The property was perfect for my visit to Cincinnati. The place is quiet and had all the amenities I needed (washer/dryer, mini fridge, microwave, hot plate, and plenty of space for me to spread out). The property is perfect for an individual or a couple. Peachy is very responsive to messages!!

Awesome place

This was a great space and larger than I thought it would be! Can be a touch warm during the summer months but was not a huge problem at all. The host was the sweetest and I would book to stay here 10/10 again.

Nice place to stay

Peachy was a great host. Had a few hiccups in the beginning but overall everything went well. The only major issue I had was the cleanliness of the place. It was somewhat dusty and there were crumbs in some areas. I would not have an issue staying there again though.

Easy checkin but keypad was a little wonky. Usually took a few attempts to unlock door. Quiet and quaint basement unit. Quirky layout but did not mind. Shower head could be replaced and shower door did not close well. Otherwise stay was quite nice and relaxing.

Wonderful host and cute location

Peachy was a gem to work with from the start. She is very responsive and attentive. She even offered her cooking class at a discount and shared her vegetable garden, which we thoroughly enjoyed both! The location is close to the highway and easy to get to other venues, even downtown Cincinnati. The private parking and yard are a plus. Peachy really has thought of the little things in this place from Yoga tools to providing dinner for us upon arrival. We will definitely stay with Peachy again in the near future!

great host and location

The owner host was available, most helpful, and a delightful personality. She quickly remediated problems. This unit in an old home was converted from a residential basement probably 30 years ago. The quirky floor plan is dark except in the bedroom, and appears not to have been updated except for the washer/dryer, but the queen bed next to the exterior door is very comfortable. The decor is most eclectic. The cleaning service needs be more thorough. We needed a two week rental and chose this unit on short notice because of it’s location, which was perfect for us, and didn’t question the price differential from other units.

Peachy's was great

We had lots of family come into town and used both of Peachy's units, very nice and clean. Would recommend to everyone.
