The host was very friendly and responded to all correspondence almost immediately. We would definitively stay there again. It was a fantastic stay. Quiet location. Within walking distance to restaurants and shops in downtown Milford.

We enjoyed our stay. There were nice little added touches all through this apartment. Had a couple minor issues come up but the host was lighting fast on communication and resolution. I highly recommend this property and this host!

Was better than I initially expected. I liked being able to do laundry, bake brownies and the beds were comfortable with plenty of linens and blankets. Felt right at home. . We'rbetween housing righbeen

Definitely better than a motel

I enjoyed the spacious apartment. Lots of room with all the amenities needed. Having to listen to the intimate activity of the renters above us for well over an hour was very uncomfortable. I know... not the hosts fault.

Comfortable and Enjoyable

This house was equipped with everything we needed. It was spacious and tastefully put together. But the best things was the owner being so quick to communicate with us. Even though we didn't meet in person. We felt that we were well taking care of.

An A for owner effort, but unexpected issues made it a C.

Nicely remodeled, clean, basement apartment convenient to picturesque downtown Milford, Ohio, regional shopping, and recreation on Little Miami River and Loveland bicycle trail.Hosts are responsive and communicative.We gave a three star rating because this is a downstairs apartment. Human activity upstairs is heard downstairs whether 7 in the morning or 11 pm at night.. Parking is hit or miss since this is located within a surrounding group of rentals. Had two nights of sub-20s temps where the entire lot was full necessitating some automotive gymnastics.Though not the fault of the owners, record cold temperatures hit the region during our visit. The central furnace ceased functioning and we had to find alternative lodging for our daughter and infant because of the cold. The owners responded to the initial problem quickly late on a Sunday night with four portable space heaters that partially alleviated the situation. However, the central heat was out for the remainder of our visit with daytime temps in high 20s and nighttime temps in the teens.

This is the lower unit of the remodeled parsonage that served the adjoining large home next door, the remodeled church. Enjoy a couple’s getaway, or a family trip! Great for traveling with older relatives with a no-step entry and no stairs!
