Peachies rental is pleasantly decorated and cozy. The bed was very comfortable. Check in was easy. I highly recommend this accommodation. It has a great location with quick highway access to Cincinnati.

Quick, Hot trip to Cincy

A few more coffee pods are needed. Everything else is sufficiently supplied. There is no kitchen or breakfast area. Microwave is available. Parking lot is big and house is conveniently located. Owner answered questions promptly. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The property was cute with very pretty landscaping. There’s a business on the first floor with a bi-fold door opening into the hallway to the upstairs. There is no privacy door to the upstairs which felt a little less secure. I’m particular about towels being soft so I ran to home goods to buy softer shower towels. We chose this property for its proximity to my daughter’s house and it worked out very well for the visit. I would stay there again.

Great wedding weekend stay

This location is great. I was able to walk to brewery, cvs and coffee shop. Also very close the a large mall with restaurants and shops. The rooms are neat and clean. Would definitely stay again!

Great location

My mom and I were in town for Flying Pig. It poured rain the whole weekend so we were at the room more than we anticipated. The only opportunities I noticed were the tub could use a deep clean and the shower head pointed at the wall which made it difficult to have a proper shower. Beyond that, the location is amazing and it is such a quick drive into the city. My mom absolutely loved the place and wants to go back.

Cute little cottage in nice neighborhood

My daughter and I took a trip to visit friends and stayed in the cute cottage. It was easy to find and access, clean and cute, the only downside was the traffic noise at night that made sleeping a little difficult in the front bedroom. Otherwise the stay was excellent, the host was great, and we enjoyed our time there.

Great location

Good spot for everything along the Kenwood/Madeira/Silverton corridor. Convenient parking. Great communication with the host. Best for stays that are an alternative to a hotel. Small kitchen-like amenities, but no kitchen and just a very small livingroom.

Charming!

We found the place to be clean, homey, and safe. Had a small issue and owner responded immediately and took care of it. There is a shop below where she teaches nutrition, and we were even able to attend a free class - bonus! Would definitely stay there again.

Nice and well located

This is an older small apartment on top of a cooking school. It was great what we needed it for. The beds were very comfortable to sleep in and the owner was very responsive. We had tickets for the western and southern tournament and it took about 20 minutes to get there. Can recommend the place to stay overnight.

I am a professor of nutrition at University of Cincinnati.
At this property, on the first floor, I provide nutrition and health counseling for clients and conduct healthy cooking classes (up to 20 attendees) every Saturday (unless out of town) from noon to 1:30 pm.
My guests are encouraged and are invited to attend our healthy cooking classes for a discounted rate of $25 per person.

If guests are staying for an extended period (longer than a week), laundry facilities located in the basement may be requested.
For an additional fee, our guests have the option of receiving an appetizer/charcuterie board upon arrival.
