Paradise...look no further! Tranquility, has the feel and look of a beach cottage. The outside surrounding is like an Oasis. First floor corner unit, will feel like if you have your own private backyard. A step away from the pool, a lanai which you can relax returning from the beach and or dine outside with a glass of wine straight from the wine cooler, wine cooler located inside the unit. Walking distance to the public beach or a 2 minute drive. Updated AC, impact windows and sliding doors. Very close to several restaurants, theater, shopping areas, marinas. Private secure storage with beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and beach cart.

Ileana's unit has everything you could ask for and more. It was tastefully decorated and very clean. The location was excellent and the grounds and pool were beautiful. Would definitely stay here again.

Quaint place-beautiful grounds

Very tastefully decorated and modern one bedroom condo amongst beautifully landscaped grounds. Inside unit with screened lanai facing the pool was a bonus. Everything we needed and more was here to use during our 9 nt stay. Lots of closet and drawer space behind the barn wood doors in bedroom. The pool water was perfect and never crowded. The storage closet even had beach items and a cart that we used to go to south beach. The bathroom was small but we anticipated that. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and great location being on the center of the island.

Great clean apartment on a very good location

I spent 3 weeks there and felt wonderfull. The apartment has everything neded. The kitchen is fully equipt. There are enough bath towels, linen, beach towels and hangers in the closet. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood but still central and near the beach. The pool area is nice as well.Laundry was never a problem as there are five machines and dryers. In the storage is beach equipment to us.Internet, TV including Netflix and other streaming services working well. Communication with the owner was perfect.Over all I had a wonderful time and can highly recommend this apartment.

Great Condo!

I enjoyed this condo very much. It is nicely updated and was very clean when I arrived. On this trip it was just me on a one-week getaway for lots of beach time, so the condo was the perfect size and would be great for a couple, too. It is a very close walk to some restaurants (Joey's, Sami's, Doreen's) and I enjoyed the lanai to have my breakfast/coffee each morning. The kitchen has all the necessities and in the storage room there were beach items, too, which was very nice. If you don't mind the walk, it's not extremely far to the nearest public access to the beach. Can also drive to one of the lots and park, too. Enjoyed my stay and would recommend this condo and location!
