This condo is a great Marco Island optio for your stay on the island. The decor is warm and it invites you to relax the minute you step in, as does the balcony overlooking the bay. It's clean and well equipped in all areas. Communicating with the owner was easy. She was quick to reply and friendly. Highly recommend it.

Everything was great! It was super clean and had everything we needed. Loved sitting on the porch watching the boats go by and the dolphins jumping. We’ve stayed at a lot of rentals and this was the best by far. Thanks to our host Kathy!

Great place to stay

The condo is large, bright and fully equipped with everything you need for a stay on Marco Island. We enjoyed being right on the waterway and watching the wildlife, boats and people fishing from our balcony.

Perfect place to get away!

Kathy was a wonderful host and the condo was just perfect! Adorably decorated and nicely updated, it was the perfect place for a few days in the sunshine. Walking distance to shops and dining, this was a great way to see old Marco Island.

If you want some quality Rest and Relaxation, I highly recommend booking now! My husband enjoyed fishing off the docks. (YES, the docks have lights for night fishing) He caught sea trout, lady fish, catfish, Mangrove Snapper, Sheephead and saw a lot of Snook. I enjoyed sitting on our balcony watching the dolphins play. Seriously, the place is super clean and Kathy was awesome with the communication. I will be spreading the word about this place!BOOK NOW!!!!!

Amazing Marco Island stay

This was the perfect stay for our vacation. Quiet and relaxing, but within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Just a short drive to the beach. Loved sitting on the deck watching the boats and saw dolphins every day! The pool was great also. Highly recommend!!!

Lovely property! Smaller complex with a great view of boats, dolphins and fish floating by. Very clean and well outfitted. We would stay here over and over.

Great Babymoon!

We stayed here for 5 days for our babymoon and thoroughly enjoyed it! We saw so much wildlife in the channel...dolphins, pelicans, manatees, various birds. The sunsets were breathtaking. The condo itself was nicely furnished, comfortable, and clean. We will definitely be back for another stay!

We had an excellent stay at this VRBO. Kathy’s place was just as described - spotlessly cleaned with a very comfortable bed, great a/c & quiet at night. We loved sitting outside on the balcony watching the dolphins swim by. Great location with several restaurants with live bands within walking distance. We also loved being able to see sunsets & boats drive by from the balcony. There are beach chairs & sun umbrellas which make going to the beach so easy. We will definitely return.
