Waterfront mountain modern home with private hot tub, panoramic lake and Gore Range mountain views; Blue River and regional bike path just outside your front door. This home is perfect for two families to stay.
Featuring 4 bedrooms (with 5 beds), 3 full baths, great room with gas log fireplace, open kitchen with center island, luxurious master suite with balcony overlooking the lake, spacious bedrooms with views, and outdoor patio with gas grill and private hot tub/spa facing the lake.
Located within 25 minutes of 4 ski major resorts-Breckenridge (20 minutes), Keystone (10 minutes), Copper Mountain (10 minutes), and Vail (25-30 minutes).
In the summer, sip your favorite beverage lakeside while watching the fish jump and the kayaks float by, or watch the fly-fishermen as they catch and release! ...Better yet, hop on one of the inflatable paddleboards, kayak, or e-bikes we offer with your stay and enjoy fabulous views and fresh air from the water or the trail!

Our family of four loved everything about our long stay at this property. Everything about the house was just as advertised yet even better! The beds were comfortable with ample choices of pillows and blankets. The kitchen was so well stocked with cookware and spices, etc. that we were easily able to cook and bake doing our stay. The bathrooms were beautiful. The view from the condo was amazing. The location was great for exploring the surrounding area. We look forward to returning in the future!

Great option and close to everything!

We stayed here for a last minute Christmas vacation and we were very impressed. It’s perfectly located only 15-30 minutes from Frisco, Keystone, Breckenridge, and Vail and has a beautiful view with a pond and mountains in the backyard. Very easy to get to and road conditions are great even when it snowed. Definitely recommend this for a family get away

Great family Condo!

Felt more like a house, very private! Great location - close to shopping, ski slopes, etc.! Family of 7 stayed here over New Years and it had everything! Plenty of room for us all to spread out, cook meals, kitchen table is perfect for playing games, loved the hot tub. Would stay here again!

The planning of our ski vacation in Silverthorne at Sharon and Kevin’s home was pure joy. Upon arrival at the entrance into the Angler development, our party was met with an exquisite home design and a community that welcomed all of us. This home is expertly designed to accommodate a large group of skiers or summer guests seeking a gourmet kitchen, fully stocked, for a gourmet cooking family. Le Creuset to the max. The living space is designed for comfort and ease, accompanied by beautiful artwork and a vista from the dining room, living room, hot tub and master suite, that immediately relaxes and sends your worries away. The bedrooms provided incredible linens, comfortable bedding, remarkable bathrooms, & spacious closets. This is a five star experience, conveniently located to Copper Mountain, A-Basin, Breckenridge, & Keystone. A complete class act. Thank you !!

Perfect stay

The house was so beautifully appointed and equipped. Fully stocked kitchen, really comfy beds, beautiful bathrooms and hot tub for apri ski. Short drive to Copper, A Basin and Keystone. We would definitely rent this house again!

Great house, highly recommend

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was well-maintained, the kitchen was nicely furnished, views and hot tub were great, and the location was very convenient into town as well as local ski resorts. The hosts were accommodating for early check-in and check-out and responded quickly. Would return and highly recommend!

This is our 20th year in Summit county ringing in the new year and this home was by far the most well stocked home we’ve ever stayed in. Everything down to the coffee mugs were high end and comfortable. We absolutely loved our stay and look forward to a summer trip with our paddle boards.

This Silverthrone home is so beautiful - totally updated & more than enough space for our group of 8 to chill & cook during our weekend in the mountains. The hot tub is perfect & absolutely can't beat the view. So nice to be close to so many ski mountains. Will def be back!

We love to travel, and we have a fond appreciation for the outdoors and adventure. We wanted a home that offers waterfront shoreline as well as access to the regional bike path because we love to fish, but we love the mountains, too. We fish, bike, and hike in the summers and ski in the winter. This home fits everything we were looking for in a mountain vacation home, and also provides ample space to invite our families to visit. This home has the perfect layout for a two family vacation stay, with room to entertain and enjoy everything the mountains have to offer. At night, the stars are amazing from the back patio, hot tub, and upstairs balcony facing the lake with the night sky mirror on the water...It is truly a beautiful setting. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

We purchased this new home in Summer of 2020. We wanted to spend more time in Colorado and decided we wanted to find a new, comfortable, energy efficient home with lots of light and big views. This home offers all of these things and then some....just outside the front door AND the back door. Kayak, stand-up paddleboard, fly fish, bicycle, hike the nearby peaks, and snow ski are all acvities we can enjoy without getting in the car (well, except the ski part)!
