Opulence at its best!

This was an awesome location. Walking distance to all the shops and food. We are vegan and they had great vegan choices! The building itself was like living at the spa. The room was quiet and great view. We pampered ourselves every day in gym and spa. We will definitely stay there again.

Location wonderful condo no thank you!

The condo does appear to look like the picture but yet it needs some work. The host did meet us for check in, and he did answer us when the central air was acting up. Although he answered and did assist with the central air unit by sending the condo repair guy, yet we told the repair guy the sink leaked no response. I told the host the mattress was literally hurting and very uncomfortable he said he would speak with the owner and we never heard back about it. We were there for a week. The dining room chair is cracked and we made him aware and no response. The living room furniture looks good from a distance but it is dingy and peeling and we made him aware with no response. The shower is usable but the water aims everywhere. Lastly, they need new cleaner, their was hair in the shower area before I used it!

Loved this property! It was very beautiful and the location was perfect. No negatives except that they knocked on the door at 10am telling us that it’s check out time. I get it, but we were still gathering our things. Seemed a little excessive

Great I BRDM in Brickell

Nice, clean one bedroom apartment in the W Residences. The front desk will not accept packages or give ID cards. You must go to the basement for that which is a bit of a hassle. But otherwise, great location. The pool and spa are great benefits. Host was easy to communicate with. I will go back.

Staying at the brick wall

The first thing that stood out to me was that the listing does not let you know that you’re staying at the brick well it shows the geographical location but it doesn’t really explain that the first 15 floors are a hotel and the top floors are condos. The amenities are nice at the hotel but the pool shutting down at 6 PM every night on the rooftop when they have a giant hot tub up there was very disappointing

Fantastic stay in excellent apartment!

We had a great stay: excellent check in and out, apartment is in good shape, clean and complete kitchen. Pool area and gym were excellent and with attentive people. Mauricio always kind and with quick response, although we only had couple of questions but no problem to be solved as everything worked well. I fully recommend this property!

Just amazing!

Very nice apartment with amazing view. Great terrace with 3 swimming pools and sunbeds. Great host. Everything fast and smooth. If you have car think about parking in advance. There is only valet parking in the building, which is extremely expensive. It make sense to pay 180 for one month parking at 444 brickell.

Check in was quick. The unit cane supplied with all essentials to get me started quickly. The owner and manager are kind and efficient. The location is optimal for downtown. I was happy with my stay at this location and my first experience with VRBO.
