Fabuleuse vue sur l'océan depuis notre condo récemment rénové!

Rien ne se tient entre vous et l'océan mais le tapis de belles herbes sous vos pieds. RÉNOVATION terminée. Ocean Front Condo à deux pas des plages de Kamaole I et Kamaole II. Notre belle véranda se déverse sur la pelouse, ce qui rend notre vue inoubliable. Pas d'ascenseurs pour naviguer pour se rendre à la meilleure plongée en apnée de l'île.

Nous avons amélioré notre vue sur l'océan avec nos fenêtres coulissantes nouvellement installées dans le salon et les chambres principales. Cette mise à niveau permet une vue complète et imprenable sur les célèbres couchers de soleil de Maui.

Ce complexe populaire et bien entretenu est niché entre les meilleures plages du sud de Maui Kamaole I et II avec une baignade et une plongée en apnée exceptionnelles devant votre porte.

Notre appartement de 2 chambres a été entièrement rénové avec de nouveaux meubles et une authentique hospitalité hawaïenne. Nouveaux téléviseurs LCD dans le salon (40 pouces; Smart TV connectée à Internet) (lecteur Blu-Ray), chambre principale (27 pouces; avec Apple TV) et chambre d'amis (27 pouces; avec Apple TV). TOTAL DE TROIS TÉLÉVISEURS LCD!

La chambre principale comprend un lit king-size avec des draps 100% coton, un grand dressing et une vue dégagée sur l'océan.

Notre deuxième chambre comprend 2 lits jumeaux avec des draps 100% coton, un placard à double porte et une vue sur le jardin.

La véranda du rez-de-chaussée OCEANFRONT s'écoule sur une pelouse luxuriante et un jardin à quelques pas des plages et de la piscine d'eau douce. Vue également imprenable sur le cratère Molokini à proximité et les montagnes de West Maui.

L'unité de rez-de-chaussée souhaitable est parfaite pour tout âge et toute famille. Le Royal Mauian est l'un des complexes de condominiums les plus appréciés du sud de Kihei. À distance de marche de nombreux magasins spécialisés, restaurants et vie nocturne. À quelques minutes des magasins WAILEA et de la gastronomie.

Le jardin sur le toit (entièrement rénové en 2010) est unique et disponible pour un ensoleillement privé. La cuisine complète et le barbecue constituent également un lieu de rassemblement idéal pour les repas ou pour profiter des couchers de soleil.

Gretchen was a wonderful host. Communications were prompt and pleasant. Check in was seemless and all of the pertinent property information was provided and easily accessible. The Royal Mauian is in a prime location, situated oceanfront between two gorgeous beaches and walking distance to coffee spots, restaurants, and shopping. The property is well maintained with a spacious lawn with ample lounge chairs, a nice pool area, and a lovely rooftop with stunning 360 views, tables and gas grills. A member of our party left some expensive Bose headphones at the pool area and the staff went above and beyond to get them returned. The condo was spacious and nicely appointed. The beds were comfortable and there were ample linens and towels. The kitchen was very well equipped. There was even a selection spices and cooking oil. The only thing we had to source ourselves were beach chairs, an umbrella, and cooler which was easily rented from The Snorkel Store right across the street. One thing to note is all of the interior doors are louvered, not solid, making it difficult to block noise from the main living area to the bedrooms. We enjoyed a wonderful stay and were very happy with our choice of accommodations for our two week stay on Maui.

We had another great stay at this ground level unit in Kihei. The interior is beautiful with a great layout and easy access to the pool and ocean. The location can't be beat! Mahalo.

We had a wonderful stay at Gretchen’s waterfront condo in Kihei. The location is amazing. It is directly next to Kamaole I which made beach time simple and stress free with our kids. We loved being able to walk straight from the patio to the beach and the pool without crossing any streets. The Natural Grocery, ABC store, and great takeout restaurants across the street made meals and snacks easy.We were initially a little worried about the lack of AC, but with the ceiling fans, extra portable fans, and the windows open to the ocean breeze, the condo stayed very comfortable for us in early December.The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with plenty of towels and kitchen essentials. The sunset views from the deck were gorgeous and became one of our favorite parts of each day. The layout worked perfectly for our family and the parking was close which made loading and unloading the car easy.We already plan to stay here again. It is our new favorite place to stay in Kihei.

We enjoyed our time at your condominium. I believe that the units on the first floor are the best due to easy access to the pool and two beaches in both directions. Great location. Our host and her cleaning person did a great job of getting the unit ready for our stay. I would highly suggest booking this for your vacation.

Beautiful Unit at a Fantastic Location

The finishings of this condo are really a step above what you’d expect at this price point. Also the location is phenomenal with beautiful beaches flanking both sides of the property and plenty of food within walking distance. Really enjoyed our stay here.

A Stay to Remember

We’ve stayed on Maui multiple times and specifically Kihei, but this is the best we’ve ever experienced. The view, the lovely ocean breeze, but there is a vibe that cannot be described with words. Something that we couldn’t quite put our finger on, it felt like a home away from home. We found “our place” on Maui. We will definitely be back!

Very nice condo, and right at the pool, but still enough privacy on the lanai. Easy access to 2 nice beaches. Good location. Sufficient parking. We only missed some beach supplies as some condo's provides like a cooler, beach chairs, mats, beach umbrella, and others. Some do even provide a boogie board. In fact we left our boogie board and mats for other to enjoy.

Mother Daughter Maui Bonding

My 29 year old daughter and I (age 67) enjoyed five days of beaching, ATVing, swimming, walking, sunning, and bonding, with this condo as our base of operations. Gretchen’s place is well kept, conveniently located, and stocked with all amenities needed for a perfect stay.

We loved staying in a ground floor unit. It made the space feel larger and was easier to “refresh” a drink and watch the sunset. The lack of air conditioning was more than we bargained for however. We shared the condo with another couple, and we used the smaller bedroom and second bathroom. Super awkward as the doors are louvre, and open directly into the living area. Not at all sound proof, so it didn’t have a sense of privacy. There weren’t beach chairs or a cooler, so we had to purchase and leave those. Cost was the same as to rent them. Next time we’ll look for another unit with AC and different set up.

Great stay in Kihei!

Love the location, between Kamole I and Kamaole II beaches. Great snorkeling for beginners, conveniently across the street from shops and eats and rentals, perfect for morning walks and sunsets on the lanai. The best!

Perfect Location

This is the perfect location facing the ocean right between two beaches and shops/restaurants just a short walk away. We had a very relaxing stay and would definitely come again!

Wonderful location, condo, and care

We love "our Maui home". We are so grateful to the owners as they are excellent in taking care of our every need. We had a couple tiny hickups and IMMEDIATELY the owners and on island property manager did everything possible to rectify the situation. We love the unit and the location is fantastic. Our Maui Home

The location of this condo is perfect. It is with a short walking distance to beaches, convenience stores, liquor stores and restaurants. The grounds are very well maintained with a perfect ocean view.

A great place in the heart of Kihei

Terrific sunset views, easy access to the pool and local beaches. Short walk or drive to local activities or shopping. Parents + 2 kids easily accommodated, with a pull-out couch if you have more.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We are at the best beaches in Maui. Kama'ole Park is divided into three distinct beach areas. Kama'ole I has the largest and loveliest beach of the three with fine white sand and great swimming conditions. There's even a grassy area at the south end for picnics and playing. Kama'ole II is located a little further south and the beach is a little smaller but has also has good swimming. Kama'ole III is very popular with the locals. The waves here are more consistent making it a great place for boogie boarding and paddle boards. The sandy beach is small but it has a large grassy area, perfect for kite flying, picnics, and relaxing.

World class shopping is minutes away at The Shops at Wailea. There is a wide selection of shops and restaurants available. Tommy Bahamas is a favorite place to hang out with local music nightly. Ask for the lunch menu for dinner time – the Steak salad is a must.

You will also enjoy golfing; the Maui Ocean is seen from most holes on the courses in Wailea.

Enjoy long walks along the beach and pathways connecting each beach - we actually walk from Royal Mauian to the Grand Wailea and back in just over one hour.

Enjoy paddle boarding - if you have not yet tried this you MUST.

Snorkeling/Scuba boats and tours launch 1/2 mile away with 2
trips daily to Molokini Underwater Crater, but you may also rent equipment
across the street and encounter wide varieties of sea-life near the volcanic
granite seawall a few steps from our door.

Yoga is 2 times a week at the lawn next door. Check with the front desk for a schedule.
