Watch sunsets from this Oceanfront Condo beside the beach!!

Beautiful unobstructed view of the ocean and Kamaole I Beach! Watch whales, turtles and the sunset every day on the lanai with your favorite beverages and pupus (appetizers). Calving whales and the graceful Hihimanu (Hawaiian spotted eagle) rays have also been observed from the lanai! Walk to the beach in less than 30 seconds (don't waste time getting there!) or swim in the condo's heated outdoor pool. Free parking and ensuite laundry. Enjoy a romantic evening stroll on the beach and the use of the rooftop BBQ's and dining area after a day in the sun. Umbrellas, beach chairs, snorkel gear and beach toys available for your use. Restaurants and shops just accross the street. More restaurants, golf courses and shopping nearby. On the second floor with easy access by stairs or elevator and located centrally in the building, which gives you great ocean front views to both the north (Kamaole beach) and south shorelines. Brand new AC units installed spring 2025. This is Paradise!

Great location! Very clean and comfortable condo. We stayed here celebrating my husband’s 50th and was the perfect week for us and our two kids. All the things needed to prepare meals. Also beach and snorkeling gear. Highly recommend!

From start to finish it was great! Linda was also very quick to respond to any questions I had! The condo was cozy and we see could just sit there on the lanai and watch whales breech! I’m sad we had to leave so soon!

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo on Maui. The house was extremely well-equipped with everything we needed—from a fully stocked kitchen to beach chairs and towels, which made our days at the beach so easy and enjoyable. Communication with the owner was excellent—friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay.One of our favorite parts of the trip was starting each morning on the lanai, watching the turtles pop their heads up in the water. The view was absolutely breathtaking and truly made our time there feel magical. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-appointed home base in paradise.

Fantastic location and views but had some issues

3.5/5 stars rounded up to 4 because the host was very friendly and responsive. The good:-- convienent location on the 2nd floor just one unit away from the elevator (it's good to have that one unit buffer as it cuts down on the noise from people coming and going).-- spectacular views from master bedroom and living room-- beautiful high end kitchen with Sub-Zero fridge -- spacious and classy master bathNegatives:The biggest issue we had with this condo is that, although there are 3 mini-split units throughout (both bedrooms and living room), none of them cool very well. I had to run them for several hours just to get the temp down a couple degrees. If I had been staying here in the summer I would have been miserable. -- couch is in poor condition and not comfortable. We barely used the couch as it sags so much.-- master bathroom shower temp adjustment knob. We saw the instruction to turn the inner knob but the knob was completely locked up and could not be adjusted without using a wrench. I think this needs to be replaced. -- minor things like duct tape over light switches, ceiling fan in poor shape, etcOverall the place is beautiful, but needs some TLC. It has potential for 5 stars. Suggest a different place if really good A/C is important to you.

Family vacation

Great location and unit. Beach gear was very worn out but lots of stuff to choose from. Host was good with communication. Saw a couple of “bugs” when looking in the pantry the first day but none again after.

Fabulous Week in Kihei

This condo was perfect for us! It is exactly as pictured and has everything one would need for a stay. The location is great - several restaurants, a deli, a bakery and of course an ABC store just across the street. Joanne at the registration desk is a delight!

Wonderful stay, highly recommended!

Our family (of four) had a great stay at Jenelle and Reno’s place! The unit was immaculate, fully stocked (including coffee), and the use of space was ideal. Great location, with lots to see/do within walking distance, including beach access (with ample snorkeling/swimming gear) and plenty of parking on site. Would highly recommend this property to anyone planning on an amazing, chill visit to Maui! Thank you!!

Property remodeled and has wow effect, but living room drapes do not close which makes for warm afternoons. AC & fans did not work properly. No storage space in second bedroom. No closet or drawers. Would not be room for two in second bedroom. Luv Royal Mauian.

Great Condo

Our family of 4 had a great stay in this condo. It was very clean and we had access to all of the essentials needed during our stay. The location was perfect. So close to the best beaches and local restaurants.

Perfect location on beautifully kept property

Stunning property in the perfect location. Short walk to shopping and restaurants. Between two perfect beaches for swimming and snorkeling. 211 is in perfect condition, has everything you need and was very comfortable. Everything you need for the beaches is in the condo. Doesn't get any better than this.

Great Place with Amazing views!

This condo was just as described, located on the second floor with a incredible view of the ocean. The condo was filled with lots of beach towels, sand toys, and snorkeling stuff and had a great layout! Would definitely stay there again!

Great!

This unit was spectacular! Clean, stocked with everything you could need including spices, lots of beach towels, snorkel gear, boogie boards, sun umbrellas, plates/bowls/pots/pans/flatware, dishwasher, curling irons , hair dryers and straightener. Beds were very comfortable. Location was amazing! Just steps to the beach and so many restaurants within walking distance. ABC store across the street. The only complaints we had were that the property maintenance (leaf blowing, work on the building) starts very early around 6-7am so it woke us up most days. Also the bedroom with the two twin beds has windows that face the walkway and front of the building so anyone walking by or talking is heard in that room. Lastly, do not plan on using the laundry machine. I opened the door and it was full of black mold everywhere. So much that I couldn't wipe it all out. It was in the dispenser compartment as well. I contacted the property manager and they dropped off some washing machine tablets, but even after using two of them on self clean, it didn't make a difference. Overall, great experience, other than having to find somewhere else to do laundry.

Vow Renewal in Paradise

This wonderful condo had it all. My wife and I went to Maui to renew our vows for our 30th wedding anniversary. Overall our family booked 3 condos in the same building. This one was by far the best and had everything we needed to enjoy a full week of fun and leisure. My daughter and I snorkeled the reefs outside the condo each morning and always saw turtles and stingrays. I recommend this unit to anyone looking for trip to paradise.

Amazing view

We had a wonderful time staying here. The view was amazing and the location is perfect. Plenty of restaurants and souvenir shops in walking distance. The condo has everything you need plus more.. lots of beach chairs, snorkel gear, towels, etc. The owner was available to answer all of our questions as well. We will definitely be returning to Maui and will stay in this beautiful condo!!!

The Condo to Stay & Play

We had 3 families come and stay at the Royal Mauian and our unit was the best by far. 5 years ago we stayed as well and this unit still stands out above the rest. You can tell the owners love there unit and provide extras that most don't. We found boogie boards, snorkelling gear, chairs, umbrellas, lots of towels, lots of pillows and the place just radiates comfort. If your looking for the best unit at Royal Mauian this would be the winner!
