Condo was perfect! Washer and dryer worked. Trick is not to overload dryer with too many towels, less is more. The view was great and the water was calm and clear for most of the week. We will be returning

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place had all the described features, but could have a used a good deep cleaning. Definitely felt like we were in a heavily used place not super **** and span. Low effort cleaning crew.

WASHER IS NOT WORKING>>>HORRIBLE

Dear Adagio, I called about this problem during my stay. The washer is not working properly in this unit.....I suggest you get a new one. It will not spin out the clothing properly and I tried it on a few different settings. It was not good.

We stayed at Adagio last year in the B Building (just above the beach pool). However, we had the same problem with the unit being unclean upon arrival. This year, Unit A-202 was even filthier - dust piled 1/4 high - air conditioning vent covered in thick dust & filthy carpets thru-out. The washer & dryer need replacing. We could not get laundry done. The washing machine is basically broken. When you push the button to start a load, the top right portion of machine pushes away & the machine continues to lock & show a red light that it is "sensing" but it doesn't start. I finally figured out I had to push the top right corner back toward the unit & hold the start button five seconds (while still holding top corner) so the machine would actually start. Rinse cycle repeated endlessly. Dryer was worse! We could not get anything to dry & were constantly cleaning out the filter. It took over 2 hours to simply dry a few towels. Addt'l complaints: 1)no toilet paper upon arrival in back bedrm/no extra roll in any bathroom -a first for us in 45 yrs. 2)Furniture in back bedroom much nicer than Master. 3)Towel situation inefficient - not enough towels in each room & the washer/dryer situation was infuriating because we couldn't get clean towels quick enough. Gate in MIDDLE of stairs is a danger. Daily from 1-2pm a LOUD roar/vibation in bldg as well as at 2-3am - shakes entire condo/walls. SOMETHING IS DEFINITELY WRONG.Wi-fi dropped continuously.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures at all Adagio units don’t ever do them justice. The condo is huge. We had a great time. The beach was clean, the pool and grounds were clean. The beds were comfortable. Walkable to a few restaurants and shops and a little health food grocer down the road. Lots to do that kept us busy!! My one comment is that we wished there was more room on the Adagio beach for non-rental chairs and umbrellas. But we love coming here! This is our second time back and we plan to come again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a nice time. Facilities are top notch. My one and only complaint is that I feel that corporate America has invaded the Umbrella/Chair industry. The lack of beach space for people that want to use their own chairs and umbrellas is tiny in comparison to the space you allow for the rental company. I understand this must be another revenue stream for the resort, but you are essentially forcing people to rent from them as your private umbrella area is so small. If you want to make people use the rental company, maybe include that in the fees for renting the condo from the start. Don't make people feel like they are getting charged/gouged another $1000 once they have arrived to find no good place to put their stuff to enjoy the beach. I will be looking for places with no commercial umbrella rentals in the future.

Family Vacation--Dawson Family

Reported on Monday but was told the service guy couldn't come till Saturday which was disappointing. Offered to bring us a bag of ice but we purchased ice during the week . The unit wasn't ready by 5 on Saturday.
