Fresh off a long-term seasonal rental, this newly listed beautiful and charming home is oozing with Old Florida character and charm.

For those of you that may plan to work a little, this home has a private office with a big beautiful window overlooking the backyard and glass French Doors overlooking the living room.

This home has a split floor plan with an expanded oversized on suite master. Relax on the super comfy Casper Mattress before waking to coffee on the front covered porch.

This is an ideal home to spend time with friends or long extended stays with family.

Amazing spacious dining space for casual or formal dinners. Dining room can easily accommodate 8 for dinner.

The home is just 3 houses off of Flagler Drive which runs along the beautiful inter coastal waterway. And just minutes from the amazing beaches of Palm Beach.

Recent upgrades include Hurricane/Storm Impact windows and doors throughout the entire home.

You can walk along the water and also to the restaurants and shops in historic Northwood Village. You are minutes from all of the restaurants and shopping of downtown West Palm and also minutes from Palm Beach Island and the beaches.

PBI (Palm Beach International) is just 10-12 minutes away. Also just 10 minutes away is the Virgin (formerly Brightline) trains with first class high speed service to downtown Fort Lauderdale and Miami. Also the TriRail station is there with access to all stops between West Palm Beach and MIA (Miami International Airport).

The neighborhood is friendly and quiet and has an amazing covered front porch where you can relax with your morning coffee or in the evening with a cocktail or glass of wine.

Extensive restaurants and shopping all close by.

Perfect place to stay
The property is very comfortable, well equiped, with good taste. The neighborhood is beautiful, a very nice and quiet place. 10' drive to West Palm Beach downtown. 10' drive to Palm Beach and the beaches. You need a car to move. Areas for improvement would be the lack of Air Conditioning in the room with the desk that we use as an office, and the luck of cleaning elements (a mop, a bucket, etc).

I’ve been hosting since 2018 and am a Premier Partner with VRBO. This is a new property that I’m excited to bring online as it’s absolutely stunning blending together old Florida charm with new modern and sophisticated bathrooms and kitchen.
Everything is new from the bedding and towels to the WiFi Tv’s and kitchen cookware.
The neighborhood is amazing and wonderful for walks or runs along the water or into Old Northwood Village, Downtown or Palm Beach Island.

It’s a beautiful property, well appointed and in an amazing location. The photos look beautiful but hardly do it justice. It’s a place to come, relax and enjoy the amazing South Florida lifestyle.
