Détendez-vous avec la commodité d'un foyer au gaz au rez-de-chaussée ou faites une partie de billard devant un foyer au bois au rez-de-chaussée. Avec 4 chambres privées sur 3 niveaux et salles de bain complÚtes au niveau principal et inférieur avec une demi-salle de bain dans le loft, les familles ont beaucoup d'espace pour s'étaler. Il y a un parking spacieux pour au moins 4 voitures sans allée raide. Grande terrasse avec bain à remous et vue d'hiver. Laissez le grésillement de l'été tout en profitant des brises de montagne ombragées avec des observations occasionnelles d'ours. Idéal pour les retraites adultes.


Services à la clientÚle au Chalet Village Owners Club: Tous les clients ont accÚs aux installations du Chalet Village Owners Club. Le South Club est situé à moins d'un mile de Bear Haven. Le North Club est situé à environ 1 1/2 miles de Bear Haven. Les clubs ont des piscines extérieures, qui sont ouvertes en saison qui est à peu prÚs du Memorial Day au Labor Day. Il y a aussi des salles de jeux et des courts de tennis.

The cabin offered plenty of space with 4 queen or king sized bedrooms and 2 living areas with tvs. Kitchen was small but well stocked with items needed for cooking a variety of meals. Decor was pleasing, with interesting bear themed items and local pottery and handmade wood items. We enjoyed the local bear family's daily visits. Host was responsive to a minor problem with the dishwasher.

We loved our vacation! The cabin was perfect for us and our three teenagers. The cabin is three floors with the bottom floor having its own living room with pool table and fireplace. It was well stocked and extremely clean. We saw bears every morning from our deck and enjoyed privacy but still being so close to Gatlinburg. The deck probably should be replaced soon and there were a couple minor repairs that needed to be made but nothing that affected our stay at all. The washer and dryer was a nice surprise as well! Very pleased with the cabin and experience. We would definitely stay here again.

Cozy Mountain Cabin

Great little Cabin, we loved sitting in front of the fire at night and having the second living space for the kids. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a Smoky Mountain vacation.

Lovely Home with Good Location

The house was nice, clean, and the communication with the owners was EXCELLENT. I loved the location and that you could get to Gatlinburg more than one way to help avoid traffic or jump on the bypass to go elsewhere. Also enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. My only low point was that the AC for the top floors couldn't handle the heat so the house ran very warm (78 during day and maybe 75 at night). The bottom floor was excellent though and stayed cool the whole time.

This cabin is easily accessible & conveniently located to both Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge (using the bypass). Communication w the home owner was great. We also got to see several bears!

Amazing views close to town.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay! The house is amazing and rustic. Plenty of space for our family to stay but still just a short drive to get to town. I love how you can tell the owners truly care about the home and their guests!!

Parents 55th Wedding Anniversary

This is a great Cabin. Perfect distance from main strip in Gatlinburg as well as hiking spots. Perfect size for our family. The property owner was very detailed in directions and with tips for food and things to do. Will absolutely stay here again :-)

Lots of bear around the cabin.....20 plus the entire week we stayed. Couple of turkeys. Loved the location be close to Gatlinburg.

We had a wonderful stay with 4 adults and 1 child, and even hosted 2 more adults and a child for meals—yet never felt crowded. The layout, with two separate living spaces on different floors, makes the cabin feel much larger than expected.The photos don’t do it justice—the cabin looks even better in person. The owners were great communicators, and the beds were very comfortable. Note that the upstairs runs warmer than the downstairs in summer, and only a few trash bags and dishwasher pods are provided, so bring extras if staying a while.The property is clean, family-friendly, and tucked into a peaceful wooded setting. We saw several bears, including one walking right by the deck while we were in the hot tub—so definitely follow bear safety guidelines!This is a true mountain cabin, not a resort. Come with that mindset and you won’t be disappointed. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway. Also, Ski Mountain Pizza was excellent, and the nearby Chalet Market had everything we needed in a pinch.

Bear Haven Indeed!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect as it provided quick access to all of the tourist destinations as well as to the National park. The layout was exactly what we were looking for. The deck view was perfect for our mountain getaway. During our 7 night stay we had 39 bear sightings from the deck. The hot tub was great for soaking after our hikes in the mountains. We can’t wait to come back!

My wife and I are both educators. We bought Bear Haven primarily as a retreat to share with our sons. I grew up going to the Smoky Mountains on a semi-regular basis. Some of my favorite childhood memories are fall visits to see the leaves and nights walking the strip in Gatlinburg.

We love the location since my sons and I hike and fly-fish in the mountains, while my wife and daughter-in-law have access to unlimited shopping and bargain hunting in the area.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We love the tongue and groove paneling and the stone fireplaces. The deck is a nice place to relax under the shade of trees in the summer. While we have neighbors within sight, this is in an older section of Ski Mountains where the cabins are more spaced out.
