Large 2 level house with 3 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms sleeps 6. Best location in Cabo San Lucas next to the arch and Marina. Perfect for fisherman, families in the "Beverly Hills" gated community of Pedregal. Full yard with private pool. The community of Pedregal has free tennis and pickle ball courts, private beach perfect for surf casting and hikers. There are several hikes available right from the house and yoga classes can be arranged. Great spot for an active vacation! You will not need a car as everything is within walking distance or a short Uber ride. Grocery stores and restaurants all within .5 miles of the house or less. The Pedregal neighborhood is a gated community and contains a private beach, parks and beautiful views of both the marina on the Sea of Cortez and the Pacific ocean.

Amazing Location

We had a great time staying here. The location was perfect, we didn’t need transportation for anything. The place was spacious and outdoor area was perfect to enjoy the fresh air.

Good value, nice home and great location

Two blocks from town so location is perfect. Close to great restaurants and the marina. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms worked well as we had 5 of us.Enjoyed the pool it was very convenient as weather was sunny and warm. I don’t throw out excellent reviews unless things are over the top so gave this property a solid good rating. Only issue we had for most part was the kitchen lacked some tools, bowls and glasses but in mentioning this to Robyn she was responsive and made efforts to fortify things so it should be fully stocked now. Would stay again for sure.

Location, location! Perfect.

Three adults staying for 8 days. This condo is less than a 10-minute walk to the marina, a great organic market store, a Circle K, a fabulous restaurant (Romeo & Julieta - OpenTable bookings) with a separate bakery and wine bar. So convenient. Uber rides are at the security gate within 2 minutes of booking. We each had our own bedroom and all had balconies. There are 2.5 bathrooms. Kitchen has everything we needed and there is a full-size washer and dryer beside the kitchen. There are 20 stairs between the kitchen and the bedrooms so be prepared for some exercise The pool was not heated and it wasn't hot enough outside for us to use it but Angel, the prop manager kept it clean. The pool area is on the north side of the building. We really enjoyed our stay.

Honeymoon in Cabo

I got this for my youngest son and his new bride for their honeymoon. They had a fantastic time. They loved the villa. We have all been there many times in the past, the first time in this particular villa. But they were Extremely happy with it and the host. Great time they said.

Pedregal August Stay

The property was very conveniently located to the main areas of Cabo and everything was within walking distance. The property was as described but there were a few essentials missing like a first aid kit, iron, etc. It did get quite warm during our stay and it took a while to cool any room down since we were instructed to keep all A/C units off when not in property. They were only strong enough to cool down a single bedroom but not areas like the bathroom of the master or the entry way. Be careful when walking around the driveway of the property as the cobblestones were difficult to walk on and was a hazard particularly near the gate and at night as the area was not well lit and also at an incline. The property owner reached out both on Vrbo and via Whatsapp a week before the stay to potentially organize rides and communication with the property manager so make sure to respond.

Great location - Pool is a great bonus

We stayed here for just over a week and had a great time. The property is exactly as expected and has air conditioning in all rooms. Robyn is an excellent host and helped us find a driver from (&to) the airport and also pick up some groceries on route. We were a group of 5 and had plenty of space to relax and enjoy the pool.

Perfecto!

The casa was perfect and simple for our girls trip! The location couldn't get any better, no issues with walking or taking ubers to the marina and surrounding areas. We felt incredibly safe within the neighborhood with gated security. The private beach with breathtaking views. The casa with private pool was so refreshing. Our host Robyn was absolutely welcoming and great communication. We will definitely return!!

Cabo Spring Break 2024

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Thomas. Robyn got in touch with me a couple of days before we arrived to explain how to get there and check-in process. She was easily accessible via whatsapp and also lives next door. Our family enjoyed the location as it was within walking distance of the center of Cabo, marina, restaurants, and excursions. Pedregal neighborhood is very safe and comfortable. We took a couple of daytrips to San Jose del Cabo, Santiago (Santa Rita hot springs), and Todos Santos (town and nearby beaches). The whale watching was fantastic, even in early April. So many wonderful restaurants to choose from, both in town and a short drive away. Casa Thomas was a clean, comfortable, safe home base from which to explore this wonderful destination. Thank you Robyn!

Nice and Relaxing

The house was true to pictures and we were satisfied. Robyn was easy to communicate with the entire trip. She helped set up our 20th anniversary dinner at the house which was so helpful! Our only complaint is that the pool was very cold and dirty so we didn’t use it. Unfortunately was the windy season so lots of leaves blowing around.

Great Spot

We had an amazing stay at this property. The house was just as described. The location is perfect and in a great neighborhood. The house was clean. The host was accommodating, and the price is very fair. Overall, it was a fantastic experience staying at this house and we would highly recommend it.

Location, location, location

We enjoyed our stay at Fisherman's Dream. Community entrances had security so felt very safe. Robyn was great to work with and answered any questions quickly. & the location was PERFECT! 5 -10 min walk to the marina & downtown area. The new Walmart in town is a 15-20 min walk, which was great! There are wonderful sport courts that aren't that far away, but the hike is all uphill going to (good sidewalks). (we definitely got lots of exercise!) There is a nice little cafe at the courts that has great smoothies & fresh fruit water (& food) for before or after play. The downside, for us, was that the pool was not heated, which in the summer would be fine, but in January was pretty chilly. However, after hiking up to the pickleball courts, playing for a while & hiking back down, a few quick dips in the pool was very refreshing! So we still used it. You also get to "enjoy" the music from downtown most nights, you're so close! lol Overall, our stay was great & the price was reasonable. Thank you, Robyn!

First time to Cabo was a Charm

We had a great time exploring Los Cabos from this very comfortable and conveniently located home in Pedregal. Robyn and Angel were very responsive to any questions or requests we had. They even let us use their beach umbrella and chairs. Safety was never an issue in this guarded, gated community. And we could walk to many of the things we wanted to do. The house had three bedrooms with king beds and terraces, which was perfect for my wife and I, and our two adult children.

This is a lovely single family residence w/private pool ~ 1/2mile from downtown. Everything was easily walkable. Robyn lives next door and was quite helpful

Online look was not what it was. Was very old and musty. Bed smelled like urine. I had to buy a blanket to sleep on. Did not cook either
