Perfect for family vacations, friend getaways, or peaceful escapes to nature, this beautifully appointed unit offers the comfort of home with resort-style amenities just steps away.

Great Stay

Comfortable rooms with nice linen. Great for adults looking for downtime. 5 minutes to nice restaurants in any direction. Property backs up to a stream connecting Gull and Round Lakes.

Very nice property and location

We really liked this place! Nice quiet neighborhood on a creek that feeds into a lake. Clean, newer looking furniture, sheets, everything- everything appeared to be nice and new. I would definitely stay here again- and recommend it to my friends.

Great property!

My husband and two young boys (1 and 2 years old) stayed at this property for 5 days/4 nights. It was perfect - quiet, close to the beach, the lake was great for the boys to wade in and play (not too deep). We also rented a pontoon for one day which was easy and great!

A lovely lovely place.

We needed to contact maintenance and Justin was fabulous. This was a fabulous place and very comfortable. The only downfall is it does not look directly at the lake but the beach is only a few steps away!

Perfect Recharge!!

This place is the perfect size for an intimate getaway. Everything was easily accessible and clean. The property was exactly as advertised. Didn't need to communication with anyone since I can't comment to that. Great location close to everything . I didnt time my trip right since the weather turned so we couldn't snow mobile but we were able to get out and sight see. Be warned, the 10 am check out comes quickly! Would definitely book again!

Beautiful property. Our only issue was the dishes were not clean - we washed them before using them

Because the guests are required to wash and put away their own dishes when departing, the rental company really should inspect them before the next guest arrives. In most VRBO's, you load the dishwasher, start it and depart. Our dishes were dirty and we had to wash them before using them.

Perfect for what we needed

The property was well maintained, easy to settle into & very comfortable. We were centrally located to the activities we wanted to participate in. And...when a freak snow storm came up, we were warm inside & able to enjoy the weather safely from the warmth of our vacation home.

Weekend getaway

I had initially rented a different property at this location, however prior to my arrival I was contacted by management and advised that property would not be available due to some upgrades they were doing. To make up for this I was automatically upgraded to this larger self contained property located on the same property. Although the design and look of this property was different then my initial booking, it was still extremely nice and well suited for our needs. This unit has a total of 5 beds, over 3 rooms. Each with their own on suite bathroom. This property would be well equipped to host large family or group gatherings with comfort. It was extremely well kept and decorated very tastefully. If I was forced to list any cons. It would be that the property can accommodate up to 10 guests. However the living room has seating for 5, and the dining room table seating for 6, with 2 additional stools at a counter. Likewise the pots and pans provided would not be suitable for cooking for a large group. Overall this is a beautiful property which I would definitely book a second time. The management team was attentive and communicated very well. I can only imagine how amazing this property would be in peak summer months! Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

No pets shall be allowed in/on the premises. Detection of a pet will result in removal from the rental and a $150 cleaning fee.
Smoking is not permitted in any Property Management Company properties. If there is any tobacco smell in the cabin after your departure, you will be charged a cleaning fee. Oil lamps and incense are not permitted due to the long-lasting odor. If these policies are violated, there will be a minimum $250 charge for excessive cleaning and potentially an additional cleaning fee.
Do not put any feminine products in the toilet. Plungers are provided if a clog occurs. Please do not pour grease down the drain.
No house parties, excessive alcohol use or loud noise. Quiet hours are between 11 pm and 9am. Any complaints filed with the police will result in expedited eviction.
Tenant is to maintain the property in a safe, clean, sanitary condition.
Dispose of all rubbish and garbage as directed in the check-in instruction.
Do not render inoperable any smoke detectors; they are for your safety.
Guest must use the appropriate parking spaces provided for Property Management Company properties.
