With 85ft of private sandy shoreline, a flat lot, and crystal-clear water, it's the ideal retreat for families and friends year-round. Ideally positioned in Brainerd, this home offers convenient access to multiple championship-level golf courses as well as premier shopping and dining experiences in Nisswa and Baxter. Details below:

Fabulous lake vacation home! Clean, comfortable, with plenty of room to spread out. Grandkids loved the sand and shallow entry into the lake. Comfortable beds, and plenty of hot water. Would definitely recommend this house!

Absolutely wonderful!

Stay here!! (I recently stayed at two different VRBOs- total opposites- this was hands down the winner!). This place is beautiful and perfect for a large group! The owners were kind, quick to respond, easy to work with, willing to help and overall just great! The house and yard are wonderful- can’t say enough about that- tons to keep everyone entertained. We used the kitchen and grill a lot. Per another review recommendation- we brought our own beach towels and washed them up every night. Kitchen was pretty well stocked. Firepit and chairs were great. We went for my in-laws 50th wedding anniversary long weekend getaway and it was the perfect fit for everyone.

This is the second year we have stayed here and we had another excellent experience! The owners are very responsive to all questions. This was a family vacation and the set up was perfect. The grandkids loved the book nook, their bunk bed room and all the beach toys! Already looking forward to next year.

Wonderful Place, Will Definitely Go Back!

We had a great time! Everything was very clean and ready for us when we arrived. The beach was amazing and the outdoor 'toys' were a huge bonus especially with all the grandkids. It is a very spacious home so we did not feel like were on top of each other. The refrigerator did not have a filtered water system as shown in the photos so we did end up having to buy quite more bottled water than expected but not that big of a deal. We absolutely had a wonderful time and will hopefully be going back next year!!

Amazing stay in the BLA

A group of Camp Lake Hubert Alumni stayed here and we loved it. It was close to camp, on a fabulous lake, and the place was the perfect setting to have campfires, enjoy the lake, and spend time with old friends.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful, memorable time. Home and property were perfect. It was hard to leave. The children and adults loved the large, soft sand beach (gets very hot so possibly bring water shoes) The water is very shallow which was perfect for our littles and adults to lounge. The large lawn was freshly mowed and some how we never encountered mosquitoes! Bring sticks for your s’mores as there aren’t any supplied for the beautiful fire pit.

Our family vacation 2024

We had a great time at our Round Lake stay. The home is as you would expect as it is still new. There was plenty of refrigerator space in the kitchen and downstairs. The pantry area held everything we brought with more space to spare. The view to the lake was just like the pictures and the lake felt closer. With all the rain this summer the lake was high enough so we didn't have any issue getting the boat to the dock and had no issue with the small access creek to Gull Lake. Chris was very responsive to every contact.

Perfect family vacation house

Our group consisted of six adults and five children ranging in ages from 4-13. The house is gorgeous just like the photos and had plenty of room for all. Very large kitchen with open concept made it perfect for making meals and still getting to be a part of the activities. The house location is perfect as it was close to anything you may need store wise and close to downtown shopping. You also have a private beach with all of the water toys you need. The kids had an amazing time and we loved how shallow the water was for the littles. Water and beach sand were also very clean. We rented a pontoon and jet ski from a boat shop down the road and that was everyone’s favorite day! Round Lake is a smaller less busy lake (which the house sits on) so it was perfect for tubing with the kids. Round Lake connects to Gull lake which you can get to via boat and is much larger. Gull Lake was fun to drive around on with the pontoon and stop at lake restaurants. Owners were very communicative and responded almost instantly. We had the best time and couldn’t recommend more! This location will be tough to top!

Beautiful property

Been coming to Nisswa for 30 years. Best property we have ever rented. Loved the home. Beautifully decorated. Beach was perfect. Yard great. We love Round Lake. Big enough for boating and playing. Can access Gull as long as you are a careful and skilled boated. Plenty of room for our family. Could use a few more bath towels and some wash cloths. Will definitely book again next year. Thanks for a great experience.!

We lucked out with perfect lake weather, the kayaks, paddle boards and other water toys were super fun. Overall it was a great stay. Don’t forget your beach towels though…

We are Chris and Christie! Cheesy... we know! Originally from Texas but moved to Minnesota in 2005. We've always loved the Brainerd area and knew that one day we would find the perfect lake home that our family could make long-lasting memories in. We have 3 beautiful children that absolutely love the lake!

The panoramic views of the lake when you walk into the home will take your breath away! Only 2-2.5hrs from the Twin cities, this was the perfect location for our family. This home was recently built in 2019 with memory-making in mind. One of the biggest reasons we purchased this home is because it's on Round Lake connected to the Gull Lake Chain. You have the opportunity to explore multiple lakes throughout the chain. The other rare and exciting feature of this property is the 1 acre flat yard with a sandy shoreline beach. No steep stairs to get to the beach and the water is clear with a gradual slope entry. This home is centrally located just off 371 in Brainerd... between Nisswa and Baxter. Amazing location when you need to make a quick run to Target/Costco, need a variety of restaurants/bars or to do some fun boutique shopping in Nisswa Square.

Everything in the home is newly furnished from the furniture, to the beds, the linens, the kitchen utensils, etc... The views of the lake and summer sunsets are truly stunning!
