La PENINSULA Condominium est l'un des condominiums les plus luxueux à Puerto Vallarta, au Mexique. 24 heures de sécurité. La péninsule est entourée de bassins de réflexion lui donnant l'illusion d'être sur sa propre île.
Nous sommes au 6ème étage (également au 8ème étage), dans un emplacement privilégié, unité de coin avec vue imprenable et plus grande piscine à débordement à Puerto Vallarta.

Idéalement situé, la péninsule est sur la zone de l'hôtel, à quelques pas du centre commercial La Isla; Centre commercial Peninsula, restaurants et supermarché Soriana. Il faut 10 à 15 minutes de taxi pour Downtown / Old Town, golf, aéroport, port de plaisance, plusieurs restaurants, des bars, des plages et le Malecon (promenade).

Ce magnifique condo est une maison très spacieuse de 3 400 pieds carrés, décorée de manière professionnelle avec un style contemporain et des accents tropicaux. La maison a quatre chambres à coucher et quatre salles de bain, un jacuzzi, des placards, une commode et un coffre fort.

Les quatre chambres sont avec 2 rois, 2 reines et 1 lit double avec matelas à plateau-coussin Serta. L'unité dispose de 4 grands balcons enrouler autour de la maison du sol au plafond avec des portes spectaculaires sur l'océan, la montagne ou sur la ville à partir de presque tous les pièces de la maison.

Cuisine entièrement équipée, 6 chaises de bar sur l'îlot de cuisine, table à manger avec 8 sièges et coin repas extérieur avec 6 chaises.

3 téléviseurs dans le salon et les chambres. Télévision par câble, lecteur DVD, Internet WIFI et un
laveuse / sécheuse dans l'unité. Vous avez tout le confort de la maison pour rendre vos vacances les plus agréables.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was set up with all the things we would need for the stay. Easy communication with the owners prior to our arrival. I would highly recommend this property and will re-rent again in the future. Amazing ocean front views.

We spent 13 glorious days at Richard and Aimee's beautiful condo. We have been coming to PV for over 22 years and this was probably the easiest process and the best communication we have experienced. The condo is as advertised! Gorgeous! There were five of us there for half of our trip and the condo was more than large enough and the views? What can I say. Spectacular unobstructed views from the huge wrap around lanai The property manager was also super responsive via text messaging. The pool is enormous and the perfect temperature for cooling off. I had read different things about whether there is a restaurant at the pool. For those wondering there is not a sit down restaurant but there is indeed food and drinks including cocktails at the pool. Just push the "magic button" on the umbrella covering your lounge chair and a waitperson arrives to take your order! We all enjoyed the lunches there from shrimp burritos to burgers to chicken sandwiches and more. Cocktails were reasonably priced as well. All in all a great trip and we would definitely stay here again.

This is advertised as a four bedroom apartment but it is actually a three bedroom place. A windowless storage room was turned into a “bedroom”, no one in our group wanted to stay there, and there is no closet. The master suite was incredible as was another back bedroom that had a balcony. The check-in process required a lot of paperwork. Booking the apartment and checking in were a pain, but once we were there we had a great time. I would not rent this place again.

The apartment and building were 10/10 but the two big bummers are that 1. There is a beach club blasting music next door and made nap times for my toddler almost impossible. And 2. It is next to a river that drains all the sewage of the are and made the beach’s water dark and muddy.

Great Property To Stay In

The Peninsula is a wonderful property to stay in. Many amenities, very close to grocery stores, shopping, and fun things to do. The condo is perfect for a large group with space for everyone to spread out. We love the view of the water and skyline. The owner were very accommodating and for a small fee let us have a later checkout. Everyone said they had a wonderful time.

The owners communicated and responded quickly with any questions I had. They also sent emails with suggestions on places to eat since we had never been there. Extremely pleased with the spa services available on the property. Reasonably priced and massage was so great we all booked a second one. Very relaxing stay…. Wish we could have stayed a few more days!

The living space, views, staff , amenities, beach and location were absolutely perfect. The owners and condo manager were extremely helpful and very responsive to messaging and calls. Would highly recommend. I would not plan to be there again near Holy Week due to loud music.

Absolutely beautiful property! Richard, the owner, was in great contact from before our arrival until the day we left. Oswaldo, the property manager, greeted us when we arrived, walked us through everything, and even shared tips on local activities and attractions. Richard also sent us a list of their personal favorites in the area, which was a wonderful touch.Our only hiccup was that the Wi-Fi was down during part of our stay. However, Richard, Oswaldo, and his brother Armando communicated quickly and worked hard to get it fixed as fast as possible.The property itself is spacious, well-stocked, and offers the most incredible views. The only downside is that on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, there’s a club just below that plays loud music from about 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. Otherwise, it’s a truly stunning place to stay.

The condo is beautiful and incredibly spacious, and the entire facility is stunning, especially the pool and beach area. The staff were all amazing, and communication was top-notch throughout our stay. We saw whales everyday! The outdoor club next door is quite loud from 2 PM to 9 PM on Fridays through Sundays.

Amazing Vallarta Condo!!

We stayed in this amazing condo for 2 weeks, and it was wonderful in every way! Well appointed, great location, incredible views of the Bay and the ocean. All of the amenities were first-class from the workout area to the spa. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful!! Richard is an excellent host and answered any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful View

Our group of 6 couldn’t get enough of the 180 view of the ocean and mountains of Puerto Vallarta from this amazing place. It was clean and very spacious and had almost everything we needed for a perfect 12 day stay.
