Welcome to an authentic experience at the heart of Memphis . Only a block from the Mighty Mississippi and at the heart of Downtown, you will be in prime location to go "walking in Memphis"!

This 3BR/2.5BA dream townhouse with private deck overlooking the city is located just steps away from Orpheum, Beale St. , FedEx Forum, Civil Rights Museum a multitude of quality bars & restaurants...

The pool table and rooftop deck will make for lovely memories in the city of Blues 🎾đŸ•ș

The space
We are excited to share with you our new and luxurious townhouse that is ideally located to discover Memphis and enjoy jts dining scene.

Our lovely home spreads over 4 floors, the top floor being your own personal rooftop with city views where you can enjoy the sunsets, or just relax and grill out!

The house boasts 3 spacious bedrooms (2 with en-suite bathrooms) as well as all the amenities you can ask for from a grill to a pool table!
You will have full access to its private rooftop deck as well as its own secure 2-car garage featuring a charging station for electric vehicles !

Guest access
Guests get to enjoy everything the house has to offer, from private garage to rooftop deck!

Pleasant Stay

The area is very close Beale St and restaurants which makes it very convenient of not having to drive to get there. The home itself is well kept.

Good location

We chose this property due to the location and having a designated garage for our SUV, so that was great to have. The rooftop was wonderful as we had great weather; however, the boards on the rooftop do need to replaced as they are very rough and can cause splinters. Additionally, the queen size bedroom needs an additional bedside table next to it, and the bathroom needs a designated hairdryer. The shower appears to have significant peeling paint by the so there could very well be some water leakage somewhere. Otherwise, we enjoyed our three nights stay at the property and was very close to attractions, restaurants and Beale Street.

I cannot say enough good things about this rental! The location, the private garage, the views, the style, the rooftop deck, the pool table, the perfect soaking tub in the primary
 There was something for everyone and it made our visit complete! If you’re planning a trip to Memphis, don’t miss out on this place. You are within walking distance of both Gus’s World Famous Fried Chicken and The Green Beetle, two dining experiences you do not want to pass on.

Spacious and clean!

We enjoyed staying here! The space is updated and clean. It’s an easy walk to Beale St and many restaurants. Hosts were responsive and helpful. The attached garage parking is a big plus!

Great location, great property!!!

The check in and out process was fantastic! The rooftop area was amazing, the location is on point and the property itself was clean and well appointed. There are a lot of stairs but all of us being physical sound that was not an issue - if you’re not able to navigate stairs this isn’t the property for you but if you are - not was it fantastic. The AC system was really, really, good. Private garage parking in Downtown Memphis is unheard of but this property has it and we fit a Grand Wagoneer SUV in it. You can walk to everything in Downtown - Beale, South Main, the Riverfront - you name it. It’s also very quiet at night unlike the rentals that face Main a block to the West. Best of all - you’re right next door to Gus’s fried chicken - the best in the world, when we come back if this place is unavailable I will cry actual tears.

Great Place

We loved it. Right in heart of downtown. Block from Gus’s which is a must try. A few blocks from central bbq which is a must try. We parked in the garage and used Uber. Shower was our favorite of all time. Really spacious clean and super easy checkout. We were afraid going to Memphis because of all bad PR. But an amazing city. So much to do and see. Will stay here again for sure.

Cool spot

Great little place. We had fun playing pool and chilling on roof deck. Legendary bbq down the street. Hosts were great and very responsive. Also garage was amazing bonus as we are traveling across country and didn’t have to unload our entire car. Def recommend!

Great location

The lications was great, could park the car in the garage and walk to many locations. Just be away of the 3rd bedroom, it does not have doors and it the area off the garage. The bed was comfortable but you will have to share a shower with one of the other bedrooms.

Friends Get Away

We really enjoyed our stay here. The host is very responsive and the location is perfect. It is walking distance to Beale Street and we felt perfectly safe walking. It was nice to have the garage parking. Beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay there again!
