Luxury downtown home is fully renovated with high-end amenities and open floor plan joining the living room, dining area, and kitchen. Downstairs master bedroom with private bathroom includes double "his and hers" showerheads. Free reserved off-street parking behind the house and private fenced-in backyard. Large flat screen TVs in every room and high speed internet and Wi-Fi. Just minutes from downtown. Absolutely no parties and no locals! Your reservation will be canceled.

Downstairs has an open floor plan where living room, dining area, and kitchen are all easily accessible. Living room includes a large 70" flat screen 4K TV, Apple TV, and high-speed internet all at your fingertips. Dining area includes table and chairs perfect for a family gathering or workspace and also includes barstools that overlook the kitchen. Full laundry room is also next to the kitchen. Kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked to meet your needs. Coffee is also complementary!

Downstairs bedroom includes one queen-size bed with comfortable Casper mattress, large walk-in closet, 65" flat screen 4K TV, and private bathroom with double "his and hers" showerheads.

Upstairs includes two additional bedrooms and a fully remodeled bathroom with granite counters and double vanities. The first bedroom has two full size beds with imbedded Bluetooth speaker systems, 60” 4K flat screen TV, comfortable Casper mattresses, high thread count sheets, and a large closet. The second bedroom includes a queen size bed, 60” 4K flat screen TV, comfortable Casper mattresses, high thread count sheets, numerous windows for great views, and a large closet.

The location is fantastic, within walking distance to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Renasant Convention Center, Bass Pro Pyramid, and minutes from downtown. For safety and security, property includes two exterior cameras only. A doorbell camera that covers the front porch and a backdoor camera that covers the back porch.

Overall, good stay. TRASH was full and terrible oder. Downstairs blankets looked dirty (need replacement if they won"t come clean). 150 for cleaning is high especially if you want the guests to do the chores ( take out trash, start laundry and do the dishes).

Wonderful place

The home was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Location was great for access to many antreactions and close to The Kent for our event. Plenty of security lighting in the house and street - always felt safe!

Birthday Retreat

Host was wonderful with communication! Easy, simplified check in and out. The home was charming and cozy. Location is ok, one night there were a lot of loud cars and noises, second night was much better. Overall a good stay! Thank you so much!

Great place!

My family and I stayed here for the weekend to visit Graceland and Beale st. The location is awesome, close to everything. The house is so cute and had everything we needed! Check in and out were easy and the host had some great food recommendations!

Family Spring Break

Five of us went to Memphis over Spring Break to see Graceland. The property was very convenient to downtown. Maybe a 5 minute drive. The house was clean, spacious and quiet. There was enough parking behind the house for two cars. The furniture, including the beds, was comfortable and easy to relax on. The kitchen was well stocked with the basic utensils. I highly recommend this property if you’re looking for a VRBO in Memphis.

Great stay for groups and pets!

The house was clean and access was easy. There is parking in the back. All amenities were provided and the clean up process was well instructed. Not close enough to walk to downtown but a short drive or rideshare away!

Excellent house in great location

My wife and I met my son and his fiancée for an early Christmas get together and this house was perfect! My son has spoiled dogs and they wanted to come to the party lol. We were looking at pet friendly motels when my wife suggested renting a house. She is a genius. We all prefer not to eat out and renting a house gave us a place to cook and visit. It was perfect. This house is in a safe area of Memphis and is clean, well decorated and cute. No wasted time checking in and no eating out! The owner was super nice and the house was ready for us when we got there. The best part is the rent was only a few bucks higher than a nice motel! We were shocked. Thank you vrbo and Dane! You guys made our visit the absolute best it could have been!

Perfect for Us!

This home was better than the pictures showed! Beautifully updated, comfortable, location was close to where we needed to be. It fit our group of 7 perfectly! If we come back to Memphis I would look to stay in this home again. I would recommend it to any group of 8 or less to stay!

Walking distance to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Bass Pro Pyramid, and Memphis' Renasant Convention Center. Also a five minute car ride to the downtown core (Beale St., FedEx Forum, AutoZone Park, Orpheum Theater, etc.).
