This recently renovated 2 level condo with 2 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms (1,396 sq feet) is located at the Evergreen Lodge at Vail. Main bedrooms, both located on the upper floor, feature king bed in master bedroom and queen size bed in guest bedroom. On the lover level, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar opens into the large living room with 2 queen size sleeper sofas and balcony access. Maximum unit occupancy up to 6 persons.

After a long day on the slopes, we’re sure that you will find comfort with us. Recent improvements add modern convenience, while maintaining old school charm. The Evergreen Lodge at Vail is the perfect mix of value, warm & friendly service and walk-to-everywhere location.

Long weekend in vail

Great place with nice locations. The accommodations were great for the 4 of us. I would say I-70 is sort of loud, maybe a new seal on door or new windows (understandably expensive). Front desk was outstanding. Thank you

Noisy

The room we were assigned was near the elevator. The noise from that was constant day and night. It kept us up at night. We have stayed at many many hotels and never experienced any room noise to that level. Anyone staying in that room should be told of this before hand so they can decide if it will work for them. Our other complaint is the the fact that we reserved this room through VRBO thinking that it was a private residence. When we checked in we were told that it was a hotel. We were charged the VRBO fees when in fact we could have booked it straight through the hotel and avoided the fees.

Great location, great room, not the nicest building but great value

For the location, this was a wonderful value. Front desk was great, the room was clean and well furnished. The building itself could use some updates, but overall we really loved our stay.

This property was great, close to skiing

Loved it was on the 7th floor. One of the 2 elevators were out of service so bring in the top floor was ideal for that. The property was great, had just about everything we needed. The listing was a tad misleading in that it said there was a washer and dryer. There is a washer and dryer, but it is not in unit and is a community amenity. All in all this is an excellent place, rent this!

Great place, great location.

Great place, great location. The condo is a little tired and the elevator noise in the bedrooms is disruptive. the staff and location more than balance any inconvenience.
