Profitez de ce spacieux condominium de 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains situé au sommet du pavillon Evergreen, avec un emplacement privilégié dans le centre-ville de Vail, entre les villages de Vail et de Lionshead. aux boutiques de classe mondiale, aux restaurants, aux activités estivales et hivernales. Ce condo a accès à toutes les commodités de l'hôtel, mais appartient à des particuliers et comprend une cuisine complète, un salon et une cheminée. L'Evergreen Lodge dispose d'une piscine extérieure chauffée (en saison), d'un bain à remous intérieur, de saunas secs, d'un restaurant, d'un centre de remise en forme, de salles de réunion et d'un garage gratuit. CARACTÉRISTIQUES: La chambre principale a deux lits queen et une salle de bain privée complète. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen et un ensemble de lits superposés. La deuxième salle de bain est dans le couloir.

NO Air conditionné, mais nous sommes à 8000 pieds d'altitude. En été, ouvrir une porte de balcon ou des fenêtres refroidit le condo assez rapidement, mais vous entendrez peut-être du bruit sur l'autoroute. Ce n'est pas vraiment un problème en hiver.

We love the walkable location of Evergreen Lodge - close to both Lionshead and Vail Village! Our host was an excellent communicator during the entire process. The condo was clean and we appreciated the amenities (ex. hot tub) on the property. It was helpful to have a garage parking space included. The condo was spacious and easily accommodated our family of 4. We would return. Thank you!

Good location and good value for the price

This is not the nicest or newest condo in Vail, but it's a good value. My family of 6 stayed here and enjoyed it very much. Having a full kitchen was very convenient for us! And we were thrilled to find a unit where everyone had a bed and we didn't have to relegate anyone to the pull-out couch. I would recommend.

An outdated condo with location as its only redeeming quality

This condo was outdated, and not kept up well. Two of the four burners on the stove were broken, bedroom doors did not close, let alone lock, there were rips in the carpet, which was filthy, lightbulbs didn't match, there was barely soap as far as amenities in the bathrooms. The sofa and furniture were disgusting, old and uncomfortable. For over $1,000 a night it is hard to see how this rental company continues to rent out the property in its current state. Other than the location it has absolutely no redeeming quality

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this condo through Homes and Villas by Marriott Bonvoy and the only reason we did was because of the Marriott name associated with it. Due to the Delta fiasco, we never made it. We called Marriott, we are titanium members, explained the situation. Maybe they could re-list and get some money/points returned. No and that was it. I tried again a few days later to explain and again, there is nothing we can or will do. End of story. So I cannot give a review on this particular condo but we did learn something from this, we will never rent through Homes and Villas by Marriott again. They were not willing to help in any way. As to the rating I gave, there is no NA so the low rating is just for Marriott.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed in this same unit in the past and came back for another stay after enjoying our experience last year. However, within a years time this condo has really become very tired. The comforters hadn’t been cleaned and had stains, the sofa pillows are so old that they weren’t holding their shape any longer and the carpet is rippling and needs to be replaced. Unfortunately, we won’t be staying her again unless some upgrades are made.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is certainly dated but for the most part has everything you need. With the adjoining twin queens room there is ample space. It was our family of 4, including two you children. The unit is close to both villages and easily walkable via the trail on the backside of the building. Our son also like the big hot tube that is inside the building on the ground level. Another nice amenities is the altitude sports bar inside the building. Legitimate sports bar and very convenient. CONS would be, like I said definitely date, I don't think the couch in the main room has been replaced since the building was built. Also, the view off the balcony does face the highway but is aways a bit.

Would have preferred a non-highway view from the balcony but it actually wasn't too bad! Back left burner on the stove wasn't working, but that did not negatively impact our stay at all. The carpets might need a steam clean and the showers drain a little slow but that also didn't really negatively impact our experience there! Great location as well, right between Lionshead and Vail with a sub 5 minute walk to either place. :)

Our Stay in Evergreen 503

Rental was clean but interior is very dated (old and wearing out furniture and carpets, in need of paining, etc. The main living area is quite tight with a table that can seat four people but not very comfortably as it’s pushed right next to the wall. Kitchen is very small. Bedrooms themselves are a good size but beds are not comfortable as we’re too springy. Also one of the bathrooms has very low water pressure in the shower and as a previous reviewer noted drains slowly so you end up standing in a bit of water. I contacted Vail Management Company before booking to ask if the draining issue was fixed and was told somewhat snarkaly by Greg “Of course! Plumbing issues happen and the we fix them,” which now was obviously a lie in this case. I did let them know after our stay it was still an issue but my message was never acknowledged. Lastly, the unit’s balcony and windows face the freeway which is quite loud at all hours of the day if you open them which we needed to since it was very hot during our stay and there’s no AC. On the positive side, there is a great and clean bbq grill on the balcony which was a nice surprise. Location is also great being only a short walk from both Vail Village and Lionshead. Pool was also nice and the staff at Evergreen we’re all really friendly even though they don’t manage this unit. Overall, we wouldn’t stay here again but it was very affordable (for Vail) and could be a good option for a group that didn’t mind the above issues.

The way the 2 bedrooms were set up was perfect for our group. And location of condo was very convenient. The only complaint that we communicated to the management company was that the bathtub drain in one of the bathrooms was very slow. By the time one of us finished a shower, the tub was full of water. It was pretty gross. The management company never got back with us nor did they fix the problem.

Very convenient location

The property is a short walk to a shuttle stop that takes you into Vail Village or Lionshead Village. There is a also a ski equipment rental shop located conveniently in the lobby.

Good location if you walk

The in town bus is short walk out the back door, but Lionshead is an easy walk and the village is also walking distance. We never used our car. The one, early-season powder day was great for November. Property management was responsive to issues. There was a hockey tournament at Dobson when we arrived, so the hotel was loud at first with all the families, but better when that ended. The only other annoyance was when people would leave their dogs in their rooms to bark incessantly.

Great Location!

Walkability of this property was perfect. Pool for kids was fantastic. Property could use some updates, although the unit was updated. There was an elevator out of commission for full stay which previous reviews mentioned. Our main concern was the check in process as I did not get the email from management company initially, however once we made contact with them was quickly resolved. Also, there was a very broken (portion smashed) toilet upon check in which management company did share upon check-in. They were able to resolve on day of check in, however there were still shards of porcelain on floor left for us to pick up. I would recommend, however suggest confirming you receive email from management company prior as you are unable to check in at front desk.

Really nice place! Exactly how it was described in the website. It was perfect for us, we were four adults but it can easily fit 5. Pretty central location. The management team was a pleasure to deal with.
