Resort-style amenities await you in the Community Clubhouse with a fitness center, swimming pool with water features, gas fire pit, lighted tennis/pickleball course, and a playground. All just a minute’s easy stroll from your front door!

With a great open floor plan in the beautiful Forest Landing community, the morning room and outdoor paver patio invite you in. The large chef’s kitchen outfitted with all the amenities and dining room make this the perfect gathering spot for family fun.

The first-floor master suite includes a king bed, large flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bath. Upstairs you will find a loft area (great for reading a book while still keeping an eye on the kids) and 3 bedrooms, each with its own flat-screen TV! One bedroom has a twin and bunk bed, while the other bedroom boasts a full queen bed. The fourth bedroom has a double bed and a sleeper sofa. You can also find the second bathroom with a tub upstairs.

Your first-floor laundry room off the attached two-car garage allows you to keep all of your beach towels clean and your beach toys out of sight. The large common grass area immediately next to the house is also available for play.

This property was exactly as listed and our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Mort was very responsive when we reached out about a few minor issues and worked with us to remedy. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone with young kids - the pool is a short walk from the home and a great place to relax/cool down.

Great Place for a Fun Beach Vacation

The house is in a great community with clubhouse, pool, workout facility and tennis courts! The home is roomy and has everything you need for a great stay in Bethany! Our host's communication was excellent.

Great family neighborhood

Very nice stay for 8 weeks. Property well situated in Ocean View close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The kids love the pool!

Our home away from home

This is our fourth year returning to this location. Our kids think of this as our home away from home as we have been bring them since they were 1 and 2. We absolutely love this house and the community. We look forward to returning in the future!

Beautiful house

We spent a wonderful week in this beautiful home. The home is tastefully decorated and well equipped. The pool and amenities are amazing and the neighbors are all very friendly. This was our second visit to this neighborhood and we will definitely return.

Great vacation home

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Property manager kept us very well informed prior, during, after our stay. The amenities are great for a family with a wide variety of ages. We have 16 years between our kids and the older ones had as much to do a the youngest Location is perfectly situated between ocean city and Rehoboth. Bethany was wonderful. We will absolutely return for another vacation to this property.

Hated to leave!

Our stay was near perfect! The house was fabulous... immaculate, beautifully decorated, cozy, and well equipped. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was a very short walk to the amazing pool. The pool was great for young kids. Short drive to Bethany Beach. I cant say enough good things about our stay.

Bethany beauty

This rental is exactly as listed and absolutely beautiful. The location is perfect for getting to many area beaches and activities. The community is quiet and beautiful. The people were all very friendly. My kids loved the pool, playground and tennis courts. Everyone is already requesting to come back next year!

The place was amazing. Very clean and very well maintained. The only complaint I would have would be the mattresses. Multiple complaints from the family. The king in the master has a hump in the middle, making you roll to the edges. Everyone has their preference, but these weren't it for us. Other than that, the stay was great.

Beach Vacation

Our family enjoyed our stay, house was super clean, spacious and very comfortable. It was a 3 minute walk to the community pool and tennis/pickle ball courts. Pool was great, had a kid side, a large middle pool for swimming and laps and another sun shelf section for relaxing. House had everything we needed and was only a 12 minute drive to Bethany Beach. Highly recommend!

Ideal location in Forest Landing

This home is in the nicest development in the Bethany Beach area, great for long walks, an awesome pool, pickleball courts and clubhouse. And with it being so close to the latter, you can easily head over for a swim, workout or fun on the courts. Plus, the beaches are only a few minutes drive away. The home itself was tastefully decorated with plenty of games and puzzles to play as well. This was a great home and perfect for us, our two adult children with their spouses, and our grandson. .

Lovely Bethany Stay

This is a beautiful property a short drive inland from Bethany beach. The neighborhood is incredible quiet inside and outside the home, and everything beautifully maintained. Even though the homes were built in 2012, this unit looks almost brand new. Nicely decorated in calming hues and plenty of space. Communication with the property manager was prompt and easy. The only thing we didn’t love: mattresses were not the most comfortable and the quality of the linens rented independent of the property was poor.

Another Wonderful Stay

This is our third time returning to this property as a family. This year we brought my husbands mother and father who absolutely loved the house and property as well! The location to the pool and the pickleball courts was perfect for them. Again we explored the surrounding areas without any problem at all. We were happy to find out from a local bait and tackle shop that we could fish in the ponds within the development as well (after purchasing a license) since this is something new my two boys like to do. They caught lots of fish and were trilled! We look forward to returning to this property again next year.

Cozy and family friendly

This property is well maintained in a quiet community. The clubhouse, which contained a fitness area, pool, tennis and pickleball courts, was located right across the street. It was very convenient as we were able to take short breaks for lunch or to simply get out of the sun for a bit by taking a very short walk back to the house. Bethany beach is about a 15 minute drive from this location which we did not find to be an inconvenience. Checking in and out of this property was very simple.We also took advantage of the linen sevice which was well worth it. service

Great Forest Landing Property

This is a very nice home in a great community. We usually stay in Forest Landing when we vacation in Bethany Beach because the amenities are great, the pool is wonderful (and VERY close to this house), the streets are great for bike riding, and of course it is close to Bethany Beach. We had a great stay here, with only some minor attentions to detail to make this an even better property. None of the outside faucets had a hose connected to it, which made rinsing off our feet and our beach equipment a bit of a challenge. The shower head pressure in the Master Bathroom was pretty weak. There were a few minor areas of damage to walls that needed repair. None of these things detracted from an overall great experience. Would definitely recommend this property to others considering a stay in Bethany Beach!

Great Vacation House!

We stayed for a week with 4 adults and 6 kids and had such a fantastic week. The house was clean and comfortable and had most of what we needed for the week. (I would recommend bringing a few plastic cups and plates if you have kids with you.) The layout worked really well for us (two groups of kids sharing two rooms and two rooms for parents). One other thing to note is that the pull out beds are both very springy feeling and none of the kids were comfortable on them, so we ended up using the couch & floor instead. Had we known this we just would have brought an air mattress along since there is plenty of room for an extra twin or two in one of the 4 four bedrooms! The pool is about a 30 second walk, which was fantastic for a quick afternoon swim, and the neighborhood is wonderful to walk around. The drive to the Bethany Boardwalk was 10-15 minutes, so not bad at all, and the grocery store was about 8 minutes away. Would definitely consider staying here again if we have a group this size! Morten was fantastic as well - we had a couple of questions and he responded very quickly! Thanks for an amazing week!

Never disappoints!

We absolutely love this location and property! We plan to return for years to come. The pool is beautiful and just perfect for our two young kids. We love that it is near so many different attractions and is not overly crowded. We also love that the neighborhood is quiet and very friendly.

We enjoyed everything about our stay in Forest Landing! The home was beautiful; pool terrific! Location was excellent: 10 min from Bethany; 20 minutes to north ocean city and only 35 minutes to West Ocean City.
