Relax and enjoy your vacation on a in this 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath end of group town home located next to the shuffle board courts in resort like Bishops Landing Community...
This home has an open concept floor plan with gourmet kitchen and covered patio. The first floor master also includes a large bathroom with a double vanity.
Upstairs are three additional bedrooms, a loft area and a reading nook...The bedrooms upstairs have a queen bed, a double bed and 2 twins with a sofa. Beautifully decorated new home with a fully stocked kitchen and ready for vacation.
Guests may enjoy access to resort-style community amenities including: two pools, the clubhouse pool with Olympic-sized Pool, Kiddie Pool, Indoor/Outdoor Casual Dining Areas, Tennis Courts, Basketball courts, Playgrounds, Shuffle board, Bocce court and Horseshoe Pit. There are several catch and release fishing ponds spread throughout the community (with beautiful lighted water fountains), as well as a nature trail.
Also included exclusive round-trip Beach Shuttle Service between Bishops Landing and Bethany Beach Boardwalk! (between Memorial Day and Labor Day)
8 amenity passes are included with this property!

Other nice features:
- 45 second drive (we timed it!) to a grocery store, gas station, drug store, car wash and hardware store!

- To make life easier, we have beach towels, beach toys, a beach umbrella, beach chairs and a beach cart for use when you go to the….beach!

SHEETS and TOWELS: Sheets and towels are NOT included in rental. There are several options for renting sheets, towels and more. Please email owner for recommendations if needed.

This was a great house! We really enjoyed our stay. The place was big, clean, and just like the pictures. There was plenty of space for all of us. Tino was easy to communicate with and we had everything we needed. We will definitely come back!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. Everything was clean and the kitchen was stocked with all the necessities. The communication with the host was prompt, check-in/check-out was easy, and the neighborhood is awesome. We loved the location and the close proximity to the grocery store, restaurants, ice cream/coffee shops, and the beach. We hope to return soon!

Family vacsy

Family of 12 finally able to get together for the week just to slow down and enjoy each other. Everything is close by. The beach or boardwalk. We actually saw a deer and a bunny sitting out on the patio. Kids had a blast. The adults were able to chill. The home is spacious and very clean. Tino was always available with any questions or issues that may arise.

Awesome Getaway

We had a great time here! The house was beautiful! Tino is the man! Very communicative! The location was perfect. Minutes from Bethany Beach, about 1/2 hr from Ocean County MD. So many wonderful small shops and restaurants in the area of Millville, Ocean View and Bethany Beach. Grocery stores and small shops within minutes. The house is beautifully decorated. Perfect location. The community is great! They make you feel as if you actually live there. Will be renting again!!

Great Bethany getaway !!

If you are looking for a beach getaway but want to be off the main drag, this is an excellent option. The property is nice, pet friendly and there are several pools to choose from that you can walk to from the house. This makes for a nice spot to be located, and it is only 10-12 min drive into Bethany and not far from Rehobeth, Lewes, Dewey or O.C. The owner was easy to communicate with and checked in on us several times to make sure we had a good time. The housing complex also has a free shuttle that runs into Bethany if you do not want to deal with parking which is a nice bonus.

Great Stay for the Whole Family!

We loved our stay here. This was our second summer in Bethany, but first at this location. Everything was wonderful. There was a slight mixup with our linens that was immediately addressed. The location is great. Walking/biking distance to the pool and dog park. Great neighborhood for an evening walk, etc. Will definitely be back.

Stay was Great

My family enjoyed this house and the hosts were always available to answer any questions we had. Everything was clean upon arrival. Enough room for everybody and close to beach via shuttle that operated on hour and half-hour. Pools were clean and overall we had a great time. Lots of things to do and restaurants to eat at.

Spacious and Comfortable

This end unit in Bishops Landing gives you space and privacy. We enjoyed the outdoor space (plenty of seating) and being able to grill and walk our dogs easily. We loved the open area indoors with all the windows making it airy and bright. The kitchen was beautiful with a big island and plenty of storage. The beds were all comfortable and there was so much closet space. The layout of the home was perfect for our adult family of 8. There were 3 areas to sit and hang out. The owner provided bikes, beach equipment and cornhole. The community is quiet, friendly and clean. We enjoyed the fitness center, pools, and biking around the area. The owner was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Highly recommend this home! Hope to be back one day!

Great week in Bethany

This is our second time staying here and loved every minute. The house is beautiful and spacious and we love the short walk to the pool and fitness center.

Very pleased!

Clean, modern, high quality construction! Great floorplan! End unit and garage are convenient and great for pets. The only complaint that we had is that we didn't see a map of the complex. Tennis courts were a bit hard to find.

Beautiful property

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The property is beautiful and very cozy. Toni was super attentive to any of our needs and answered any questions promptly. The community had a few pools that were super clean. I loved how dog friendly the entire community was. There was a shuttle 3 minutes away that takes you to Bethany beach. Loved the sweet ice cream treat from Agape Creamery,Toni left for us. Highly recommended!

Wonderful home away from home

Tino's place was clean, spacious and well appointed. It was exactly as described and the pictures are accurate. Fully equipped kitchen and lots of space to stretch out after a long day out. Several smart TVs so everyone can watch what they want. The complex includes a lot of amenities including pools, ponds for fishing, tennis courts and even shuttle service to the beach on weekends. This was a great perk as you don't need to drive and pay for parking. I like how the location is not on the beach as it's much quieter and the pool is a great change of pace from the beach. Very close driving distance to shopping, stores and restaurants. You could even walk or take one of the supplied bikes. Tino was readily available to answer any and all questions. My only complaint was no shampoo or body wash was supplied. All the places we've rented supplied these but again a very minor complaint. No bbq but Tino said they're working on it. We'd definitely stay again!! Many thanks Tino.

Beautiful spacious home

We really enjoyed our stay and made great use of the tennis court and pools. It was a short 10 minute drive to the beach. The owner was very responsive and helpful.

A lovely and comfortable home

We stayed here over Thanksgiving, which is a great time to be in Bethany. The kitchen is well equipped and the house is very comfortable—plus we were able to bring our dogs. Karen was really attentive and quickly addressed any questions or needs we had. A great holiday getaway!

Nice place

The property was very modern and nicely furnished. It had everything to suit our needs. There was a miscommunication between the owner and the cleaning service that required some correction when we first arrived, but the owner was extremely responsive and helped us correct the problem. It was close to the beach, but be sure to check the tides—there is basically no beach at high tide. There are great restaurants nearby, easy grocery shopping, and nice playgrounds. The neighborhood is safe and inviting for walks with pets, and there is a short nature trail nearby. The house is equipped with games, nice TV’s, and comfortable seating for large groups. Some of the outdoor furniture needs repair or replacement just due to weathering, but the ability to look out into the woods and breathe the fresh air from the back porch was great. It was really nice.

Family Fun!

Perfect stay for me, my husband and our 11 month old son. The house was great! We really liked that it was an end unit. Great appliances and very well decorated. Loved the open kitchen! The amenities with the property were great too especially the pool at the club house. Easy to get to Bethany Beach but with the baby we drove instead of the trolley. Definitely recommend this property!

Family friendly neighborhood, very quiet home away from home with a short drive to the beach

If you’re ok with a short drive to the beach, while staying in a beautiful spacious townhome located in a very quiet, quaint neighborhood, this is for you! There are three pools in the community for your use. The pools and pool areas were clean and refreshing. The home came with all the beach necessities including chairs, beach towels, and cart. There were shuttle passes which were great since parking at Bethany boardwalk is pricey. When we got in the home, we noticed laundry going - sheets and towels. We brought our own, but they are there if needed. There were a few items that needed attention such as lightbulbs out, missing TV remotes, and garage opener…but everything was taken care of promptly and completely by the owner Karen. She was very attentive at all times. You can tell she cares. The home is beautiful and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped. We had a great stay!! Thanks Karen!

Overall review

Property is beautiful. Needs a better cleaning. Cobwebs in corners of rooms. Cleaning company left laundry in washer & dryer and came back at 5pm to switch loads. Kitchen bar stool being used in upstairs bedroom as nightstand. We would stay at this property again. It was great being in the end unit. Saw a deer out the back one morning. Outdoor furniture in need of repair. Thanks for allowing us to stay!!
