This place was amazing. So close to everything. The market was two blocks, restaurants 4 blocks, and gondola and buses to other mountains so close as well. No need for a car.

We spent 4 nights in this beautiful townhouse while in Aspen recently enjoying the fall colors. Communication with the owner was great and everything was exactly as described in the listing. A very clean, comfortable space with everything we needed and more! We were within walking distance of the downtown area and a grocery store. Would definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful hosts, even better beds

Let me tell you.. They had THE most comfortable beds and pillows! And the water pressure was worth shouting out too. The hosts made the check-in process so easy and even gave a list of their favorite restaurants and things to do (very sweet). I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone considering staying in Aspen. Very conveniently located next to City Market too.

Close to Everything in Town, Spotless, Comfortable

We needed a place in Aspen in town that is convenient to everything and had parking and that was updated and clean. This rental was A. Modern decor, comfortable, and perfect for what we were looking for.Reserved parking spot. Supermarket down the street.very walkable. We were scoping out summer places and picked this one for a long term rental. Looking forward to coming back.

Great Location, Super clean, Convenient Condo

This condo was awesome. Super clean. Great location. Convenient parking. It isn’t huge but was perfect for our group of 6. Each couple had their own bathroom and decent size bedroom. Showers and bedding were top notch.. All around solid stay. Would stay here again. Owner was helpful.

Spring Ski Rental

This is a great location for access to the gondola and town retail/restaurants. However, the condo is in an old building with poor curb appeal and hallways. The unit is nicely furnished and was recently renovated but there were a number of quality issues ie broken windows, cheap closet doors, missing toilet paper holders. The unit’s small size would have been fine but for an abundance of plants, tabletop decor, reading books, printer on a chair (why?), lack of coat storage, etc.

Comfortable and Totally Walkable

There were two couples in our party and the property was incredibly comfortable for all of us. We had everything we needed in the unit. The location was excellent - we could easily walk to all of the restaurants and Aspen Mountain. Would stay definitely stay here again!

Nice Place albeit a bit tiny

The place was very nice inside and comfortable for the stay. Not a lot of room in the common areas to expand or put our stuff but sufficient for a short ski weekend.

Aspen Convenient Experience

Had a great time! House is cozy and convenient to downtown. Everything is mostly walking distance! Host had many items in the house already that we did not even need to buy such as some snacks, laundry detergent, and shower/bathroom toiletry items. Overall great time!

I recently stayed with three other guests over a work weekend in Aspen. The host was extremely helpful and communicative, offering a much earlier check in without hesitation. The unit was clean, naturally lit, and well furnished. A grocery store is easily within walking distance a couple blocks away, as is the rest of downtown Aspen. I highly recommend this property and would re-book in the future!

Excellent location. Beautiful neighborhood.

We were there for Aspen Food & Wine and this was the perfect place for the four of us ladies (there are three rooms and two shared the larger room). The host made it feel like I was texting with a friend, as we wrote to make sure we were in the correct parking space, etc. Very clean! Fireplace was a nice touch visually (but it was summer so didn’t turn on). Furnished nicely for hanging out and chatting. Another notable thing about this rental is that there were amenities you wouldn’t expect to be there. From snacks to lotion, shampoo, plenty of towels, etc. (yes, we expected towels, but there were more than enough which was so nice!) We loved the place, the location, and the coziness. We would stay here again and again. I highly recommend.

Great stay with great host!

The property makes it so easy to get around Aspen! Very walkable and easy access to the slopes. The host was incredibly kind and offered us first dibs to extend our stay when a storm rolled in and was very easy to communicate with! Would definitely come back again!
