Le ChĂąteau Aspen 10 est un condominium de deux chambres et deux salles de bain de luxe ayant fait l'objet d'une rĂ©novation complĂšte en 2012. Il possĂšde une cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec des appareils haut de gamme, une salle Ă  manger pour six personnes, une cheminĂ©e Ă  bois, des tĂ©lĂ©visions dans les chambres et le salon, un accĂšs Internet sans fil, un lave-linge et un sĂšche-linge et un parking extĂ©rieur. La chambre principale a un lit king size, la deuxiĂšme chambre a deux lits jumeaux (king) et il y a un canapĂ©-lit queen-size dans le salon. Le ChĂąteau Aspen se trouve au cƓur du centre-ville et Ă  seulement un pïżœïżœtĂ© de maisons de la tĂ©lĂ©cabine de la montagne, tandis que les boutiques, restaurants et pistes de ski de renommĂ©e mondiale d’Aspen se trouvent juste devant la porte. La cour commune de l’immeuble comprend un gril Ă  gaz et un foyer et constitue un lieu de rassemblement agrĂ©able Ă  l’extĂ©rieur. I agree with other reviewers that the location and property are wonderful. The view of Aspen mountain from the kitchen/family room is lovely. I really appreciated the management company letting us know that the property was ready a bit before the check-in time allowing us to get settled earlier than anticipated. The communication was excellent. The kitchen was nicely stocked with cooking equipment and utensils and we appreciated the new sponges, dishwasher and dish soap:)As the other reviews said, most Aspen properties do not have Air Conditioning which we were unaware of. They provided multiple fans and dehumidifiers which helped but August is still pretty hot. The master backs up to the alley with the trash and can be quite loud. The bathrooms were small but nice, my husband and I split up and he took the guest bathroom. Don't be afraid to rent this unit if there are only 2 of you. The washer/dryer was new which was so great to do a quick load of laundry.The property building is so nicely maintained with flowerboxes around the railings. There is a grill and firepit in the main courtyard with a long table. Free firewood next to the pit. A lovely property.

We were very surprised and disappointed that the tv sets in Chateau Aspen Unit 10 are not smart tvs and cannot stream services like Netflix and Amazon Prime. Also, it was an inconvenience that the washing machine was broken. There is a lot of noise in the back alley in the middle of the night.

Quick ski getaway

We had a great time for our long weekend ski trip! The condo was clean and an AMAZING location. So close to gondola, shopping and restaurants! There weren’t any champagne glasses so we bought some for the condo!

Great apartment close to everything

Cozy little apartment with a responsive management company. Beds are comfortable, perfect for a family of four. Building is quiet. Kitchen is well set up, but just know there are no staples (oil/vinegar), but the grocery store is across the street. There's a great espresso maker. Highly recommend for a few days in Aspen.

Convenient and Comfortable

Everything about the condo was wonderful - from the ease of the check-in/check-out process to the amenities provided in the unit and to the location in downtown Aspen (within walking distance to all major activities, including the music festival). The only downsides are that the unit’s living and dining areas are rather dark and there is no private outdoor space. However, these downsides certainly wouldn’t keep us from recommending the unit. If nightlights could be provided in the hallway bathrooms, that would be a great bonus.

Girlfriend Trip

This condo was perfect for our stay in Aspen. It was located in town close to shopping, restaurants and the grocery store. Short walk to the transportation center to catch the bus to JAS Festival. Dining room picnic table and bench could use a deep clean. Adding a mirror in each bedroom by an outlet would make getting ready easier for 5 gals. Definitely 5 🌟

Good location

The location is very convenient, but during the summer the noise in the alley is very loud. Garbage and delivery trucks were constant and you have to have windows open or else it gets very hot in the condo. Also, if you are tall beware that there are short beams in the living and kitchen and bathroom mirrors are short.

Nice but not adequately cooled for summer

The place was nice and clean, location is great but the portal ac unit could not keep the place at a reasonable temperature during the day and was loud enough you didn’t want to be in the room when it was running. Fridge also did not cool appropriately which made cooking difficult and that was the primary reason we booked and Vrbo over a hotel

Perfect Getaway

This condo could not have worked out more perfectly for our getaway weekend! The check-in was so easy and the location could not be beat. Everything was clean and seemed fairly new, and the condo had everything we needed amenity-wise. I would definitely look at staying here again on a return trip to Aspen!

Spring skiing

Great downtown location with easy access to ski lift and bus transportation. Well equipped kitchen and grocery store across the street made for easy dinners after skiing.

Great location!

The condo is right in town, across from City Market and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. We even walked to the trail heads. The only time we needed a car was to drive to Snowmass to hike. Clean condo. Great layout for couples and well appointed.

Great property
