This is a Casago managed property, check yelp for their reviews, you can not tell this on expedia when booking unfortunately. Communication is terrible, the place had a large number of cockroaches, and they tried to claim they weren't even after sending multiple pictures. The place was filthy. We killed and found dead cockroaches for first couple hours, eventually went and bought raid, and tried to cover all spots by door and outside where we seemed to be seeing most. Only had one more that week, but 7 of them had the wife upset. We have pictures of many things. Shoe, trash, hair in shower and sink, snot on the lamp base, sand everywhere, refrigerator dirty, Shower curtain had some type of residue clear up to the top, walls had left over yellow stains. Even after multiple communications, including with supposedly the manager who basically just washed her hand of the matter. We had zero help, or even continued response. I have all emails, and a number of photos. Please be careful, do not book with Casago Myrtle Beach.

Great place over all.

Nice quiet room great view. Only issues we had was the refrigerator was frozen over, and would not keep things cool. Also the point in the vacation was to let our daughter enjoy the kids play area, but it was down for paint the whole week we were there until the morning we were leaving. We were very disappointed about that.

Fantastic oceanfront property with an amazing sunrise view from bed!

Friends were staying at the adjoining hotel property and I was excited to book this room for myself for a few great days away. The property was beautiful & the service with the management company was great.

Overall the trip was amazing. There were so many stores nearby that weren’t a far drive at all. The beach was literally out the back door and such a short walk. The pool area was also amazing. We loved how menus on a couple of restaurants were provided along with lists of stores.

Location! Location! Location!

Our stay was perfect! Just enough space for 2. We were close to everything on the resort! A short walk to the pool and tiki bar. A short walk to the beach. The view from the room was amazing being on the 1st floor. We have the best room and staff was amazing and friendly. We will be definitely booking again. You will get your money’s worth with this room. Lots of activities near by as well.

Cute Condo

2 adults & a 9 year old fit ok in the condo. It is super small. However, the location in the building was amazing. The unit itself was super clean. The property was great as well as the beach. I did not like the check in. As listed, check in is at 4pm electronically and they can't guarantee the ability to let you in early BUT they will try to accommodate. We were at the condo at 3:45p and they would NOT turn on the key pad until 4pm on the nose. It was extremely irritating. There was zero reason for us not to be in 15 min early.

As advertised! You will be about a door away from all the amenities and just a 100 steps from the sand! Starbucks in the same building, bar by the pool, what more could you ask for. This was an amazing little getaway spot. We will be staying here again 100%

Cool room but NOT clean.

This room itself is quaint and cool to be on first floor ocean front. Privacy is minimal with blinds open. The underneath of the bed was covered in dust and there is mold in the shower. The absolute worst was the condition of the bath towels. They were stained and the bath mat was yellow. I did not report the problem to management but def should have.

Great rental!

Great first floor property. Resort is very nice. Room was very clean and well kept. Kitchen area is small but included everything we needed. No cooktop but microwave and coffee maker were perfect for us. Enjoyed our stay there. Access was easy. Excellent communications. Would rent again!

Great property

The condo was exactly as pictured and very nice. It’s perfect for a couple. The location was great, being on the beach directly. The check-in process was very easy. The communication was wonderful. I was answered in a very timely manner each time I messaged the property owners. The access to all the pools and hot tubs was great as well. Thank you for a wonderful time. We would definitely come back again.
