Room was wonderful. It looked just like pictures. The oceanfront balcony views were amazing! Great location and easy parking. The host made sure that if we had any issues we could contact them. We didn’t have any issues and would definitely recommend this place.

Great place and great experience. Favorite part was the view. I think we spent the majority of our time in the unit, on the balcony, Lol. Would love to stay again. Thank you!

I was provided the room code after 5 pm. Tried to reach them but their google number provided, they didn’t answer initially. I was left stranded. Front office said this is personal property and they have no control over it. Also they are charging you for the whole day but won’t give you room access before 4 pm. Charge half day price then. They have no floor mat in the entire apartment. They need to do that

Regarding the check-in time, the 4:00 PM policy allows our cleaning team the necessary window to thoroughly sanitize and prepare the property for your arrival, but I appreciate your perspective on how this impacts the start of your stay. We have also taken note of your suggestion regarding floor mats and will look into adding them to enhance comfort. Beautiful condo. Very clean and a gorgeous view from our private balcony. Prompt response from the owner. The only negative would be the long ( I think it was 8 digit door combination).No way to memorize it. I left my phone in the room and had to sit in the garage till they could text my husband the code. The resort has nothing to do with this condo. 3rd party. Also, ad said washer/dryer. There wasn’t one in the room nor the resort.

The view is great. Price was good for last minute trip. Check in instructions were a little confusing but we figured it out. The frustrating parts: the unit had an odor that seemed like stale smoke. We notified the owners & they were responsive but it was very overwhelming & topped off with about 10 different scented deoderizers in the unit. There were 2 forks and for a unit that sleeps 6, would not be enough dishes for 6. The odor was the worst part for us but again nice host, great view, great value. Would stay again if the smell was gone
