This property built in 2019 is in the heart of Ocean City, just two blocks from the beach, boardwalk, and downtown. It's a beautiful 2,300 sq. ft. 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath second floor unit with a private elevator. No steps needed, so it's perfect for elderly parents or wheelchairs. Brand new furniture, granite counter tops and tiled backsplashes, all new black stainless-steel appliances, and a huge kitchen and island that opens up to the great room. The large front deck off the living area is a great spot to relax after spending the day at the beach. With parking at a premium in this ideal location, the home offers 2 off-street parking spaces, one in the garage and one behind the garage. Just park your cars and enjoy the benefits of being steps from everything: shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, amusements, and more.

This house was beautiful and very clean! The layout was spacious and lovely! Kevin and his wife were great communicators and always answered any questions we had quickly! Would definitely recommend staying here!!

Simply the best!

The central location of this property left us within 3 blocks of everything. That allowed us to park and walk! Everything was very clean. Having 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths allowed everyone space to spread out comfortably. The kitchen was state of the art and had everything we needed. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had prior to our stay. We had no issues during the duration of the stay. Thank you, we will be back!

We wanted to take our son (only Child) on a trip where we felt safe having him bring along some friends (he invited 3). It was a huge responsibility for us but could not have found a better place. This house is amazing, and Kevin, the owner, is amazing. Each boy had their own room and we had tons of common space to share stories about each day. Ocean City is spectacular and we were 2 short blocks from the boardwalk and incredible beaches. The boys rented bikes for the week and were able to explore the entire island. So many incredible memories, thank you Kevin for such an amazing home away from home.

FABULOUS

With the fears we have all experienced with COVID, cleanliness is at the top of our list of 'MUSTS'. This rental was spotlessly, sparkling clean and sanitized. It was a perfect fit for our extended family of 14! Our crew takes turns with each family taking a different night for dinner. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, flatware, dishes, pots, etc. Our family likes to enjoy the outdoors and the front porch/deck provided that for us. TV's in each bedroom allowed little ones to enjoy their favorite kiddie TV while adults watched boring documentaries! The many windows provided a wonderful cross draft in the cooler evenings ... and the A/C was great when the heat was too much in late afternoon after a fun day at the beach. Being only 2 blocks from the beach, another 3 blocks from the kids' favorite playground was a big hit for one and all! The owner made himself quite accessible for any question or need that we had. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this rental!

Wonderful Trip

The house was immaculate. The large kitchen, tv room and dining area was perfect for our large group to gather after a long day at the beach. Kevin was outstanding and extremely responsive. We rent an OCNJ house every summer and this was by far our new favorite!
