Gorgeous 2300 sq ft home that sleeps 10 with all the amenities in the Roads End area of Lincoln City with a great view of the ocean and Cascade Head. Short 5 minute walk to beach access and Roads End State Park. A 2 minute drive and less than a mile to casino, restaurants and grocery store. Home has a large lower sun deck with ocean view to bask in the Oregon sunshine as well as a covered BBQ area. Ocean views from upper deck in the master bedroom and guest room. Large parking area that can accommodate up to 6 vehicles comfortably. Sit out by the cozy outdoor fire pit or enjoy our newly installed hot tub with pathway from back deck. Plenty of room for the family with large yard and game room for the kids. Home has Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, & ESPN streaming services. and Central Air Conditioning. An Amazing home with something for everyone!!

Great place. Manager Cindy was awesome. She checked on us when we lost electricity on Thanksgiving to see if we were ok or needed anything. Clean spacious and very well stocked!!! We would rent again.

An amazing house! Our group comes once or twice a year and this has been one of our favorite. Really enjoyed that the beds were so comfy and we will definitely book the house again.

Better than advertised!

This house was everything as advertised, and then some. It was clean, well maintained, with great amenities. We loved the hot tub, HUGE back deck and plenty of yard for the kids to play. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking family meals, the beds were comfortable, and the game room was used regularly. It may be simple, but loved having hot water available at the outside hose bibb for rinsing off after the beach. We had a wonderful stay!

Group Adventure

We hosted a youth group and parents for a beach camp event. Kitchen and meeting area were very good, and the outdoor eating option was great. It rained, we did not get to use the yard. Lots of indoor activity options.

Family fun

We had a great time. We happened to come at a really warm time as far as temperature. Would have been nice to have had fans in every bedroom. House is on a busy and noisy road with the windows open. Overall it’s a nice house.

Impressive vacation rental

For our family this house rates as one of the best we have rented. It has amenities that are hard to find. Loved the large open property, plenty of parking and ocean view. The four bedroom location on top floor provided privacy for all. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and living room has lots of seating. The only drawback we would have preferred a bedroom on the main floor, the stairs are difficult for seniors. We would rent again

We loved the location so close to Roads End Park. Our family used the hot tub only once. We were busy playing games and being on the beach. Beds were comfortable and we appreciated the black out blinds so our one year could take naps. Huge refrigerator for all 4 families contributions. Not much space for our non-perishables and snacks but we were able to keep them in bags in the kitchen and dining room. The grill worked amazingly!! Wish we had one like that. We bought some wood and kindling but because of the wind, we only had one good afternoon to roast marshmallows over the fire pit. Thank you

Fantastic for a get together

Very clean and well stocked with dishes, soap, etc. Lovely location with no real view per se but an easy walk to take in beach and all that is there. Short drive to groceries and town. Very good trade off on location and price. Road noise at night bothered some, but not me.Friendly cat found us, deer wandered through often. Slept 11 just fine with kids on the various pull outs. We are considering it for future reunions.

Immaculate Beach Getaway perfect for Family

When we walked in to the house, we were so impressed with how clean it was and all the amenities provided. The large yard was great for my 2yo granddaughter to get her energy out, the hot tub was enjoyed by the adults after a busy day of hanging out at the beach, and the video games were a nostalgic enjoyment. We loved the ample parking as we had numerous people arriving on different days. Plenty of room for 11 of us. Well equipped with games (indoor and outdoor), beach toys, kitchen equipment, pretty much anything you could need or want was provided. We highly recommend and plan on staying again in a couple of years! Thank you!

Our Family Trip

This property is beautiful and well maintained. It did not provide shower supplies, enough towels, sheets for pull out beds, blankets. The hot tub was very nice, but left rashes on all of us so clearly it was not maintained and cleaned frequently enough. The house is on a busy road and beach access is not an easy walk. We stay at VRBO’s each summer with our kids and grandkids. We would not stay here again.

Family Summer Vacay

This is our third annual family vacation. My wife and I, our three kids and spouses, and our four grandsons. Spacing was a little tight in regards to bedrooms but we managed. They’re little and don’t complain (or know any better). This house was perfect for us. Close to the beach and other things to do. The deck was big to relax in and allow kids to play and run around. There were a few boards sticking up that caused a stubbed tow but no harm no foul. We adjusted and applied a band-aid. The grill worked great for hot dogs and hamburgers. The hot tub was enjoyed by those who sat in it. Thanks for sharing this great house. It’s on our list for next year!

Fantastic property

This is a great house to hang out and relax in. It is located close to town and the beach. The property manager was quick to respond, provided great recommendations for restaurants and made our trip very enjoyable.

Great location and house!

It was perfect to be half a mile from easy beach access and half a mile from the grocery store. Really a perfect location. Nice and large property, the backyard was a surprise bonus for us! Wish we would have known there were no bedrooms on the main level beforehand, but other than that it was a perfect stay for us. Would highly recommend.
