We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

Fantastic views and a spacious property. Check to see if the stove and oven have been repaired prior to booking if you do plan to cook onsite. The hot tub was wonderful, but much of the outdoor furniture was out of commission due to dirty cushions or broken chairs. We utilized the folding beach chairs to spend time on the patio. There is a lot of foot traffic going up and down the stairs to the beach which are directly beside the patio/ property. It is convenient for beach access, but not great for privacy when you are outdoors.

Beautiful and clean house

This house was perfect with all the nice bonuses. We loved the beach access right of the driveway, the hottub, the balconies with gorgeous views, fireplaces, ect. We would love to stay there again!

This place has Million Dollar Views! Being perched on a cliff was Awesome! But the home had some issues. After putting a band-aid, so to speak, on my first problem, when the issue arose again, they said "we'll raise your concern to management". That was the last I heard... There was nothing majorly wrong, just several small issues. Location, location, location!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was beautiful with every amenity we needed. We loved walking the stairs down to the beach & the view from the house was to die for! We can’t wait to come back!

The property is exactly as described and photographed! Beautifully situated, immaculate upon arrival, sparkling bathrooms and comfy everywhere. One repair had been unable to be completed before our arrival but the iTrip staff worked very hard to rectify this for us and was very responsive to any of our needs. Highly recommend!

The house and location were amazing. Check in and check out were easy, communication was great, the views were stunning, and my family and I were up and down the stairs to the beach over and over each day. I would give it a 4.5 out of 5 as the furniture and cookware need updating. The couches, chairs, and beds were starting to get a little tired and the cookware was all chipping non-stick. We ended up avoiding cooking because of it and would have brought our own pan or two if we had known. These are small complaints, it was otherwise a really wonderful trip.

The house was well-appointed and offered plenty of space for our family of 10. The beds were comfortable, the property was clean, and the views from the deck were amazing. The section of beach below the house provided plenty of entertainment for the entire family. Our host communicated frequently and was responsive whenever we had questions.We were frustrated, however, by the loss of use of the kitchen for two of our four nights without prior notice. With a large family, this unexpected issue was costly and inconvenient, as we had already purchased groceries and then had to change our plans and take everyone out to dinner. We also noticed some carpet wear on the second floor, where the carpet was bunched up and appeared to need to be re-stretched. Finally, the patio furniture was not particularly comfortable.Overall, the property has many wonderful features, especially the spacious accommodations, beautiful views, and access to the beach. With some attention to the carpet and outdoor furniture, as well as better advance communication about any kitchen limitations, the experience could be even better.

Friends Getaway

The house is beautiful! It was everything we needed (and more) for a long weekend getway. It was clean and well stocked. The property manager was very responsive.The view and hot tub were awesome. The beds were comfy and there is plenty of space to spread out if you have a family, very relaxing space! The sunsets can't be beat. Something there for eveyone - beachcombing, games, relaxing or going to the outlets to shop. We are already making plans to stay again!

Very spacious 4 story home, pictures are accurate. Would have been lovely to have access to the elevator, but i understand its an extra liability if something happens.Being able to park in the garage was awesome, no need to worry about your vehicle. Check in was effortless. No long list of check out chores. Just turn everything off, make sure its all locked up and empty your garbages.We will return.

Spring Break Family Trip

Wonderful spring break trip for the family. This house was truly magnificent and beautiful. Exactly how it was pictured and described. Very responsive and welcoming staff. The house was clean and had very comfortable beds. Great place for families. Plenty of space to spread out. Loved all the extra amenities, pebble ice maker & elevator. There was plenty of supplies through out the home. Amazing view and loved listening to ocean every night. Five stars all day long. Will be returning again.

Great location, but needs a little maintenance.

Great location, beautiful home, very clean and well stocked kitchen. But some maintenenace is needed. Gate is broke, kitchen faucet rotates and needs to be tightened, fourth floor mattress needs to be replaced, its sagging. Flickering stair light needs to be changed between 2-3 doors. Some remote batteries were dead. Kitchen range fan is not working.

Unfortunately we were told a few hours before our arrival that we would not have a working oven or stove the entire time we were there. There were no other solutions they had to offer. Where the stove was supposed to be, there was a gapping hole where cold air was coming in from that we had to manage to seal ourselves. The property manager did provide a 200 refund due to these issues. Overall cleanliness needs improved, furniture needs updated, and there was an odd smell on the first level of the home, microwave smelled of fish. However, the views are beautiful from every room in the house, easy beach access, and the hot tub was fantastic.

Beauty By The Beach

Upon entering Puffin Place, it was everything the photos had shown and more! The inviting warmth of colors, design aesthetic and multitude of windows created a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The kitchen was well stocked for our daily meals and the beautiful gas stove was a dream to cook on. The kitchen is set up great for cooking/entertaining while being able to be a part of the rest of the room. The next floor up worked perfect for the kiddos to hang out and play. Did I mention there was a nice little assortment of games for children and adults? The top floor worked perfect for myself and my 2 littles, giving me plenty of room for a pack and play without feeling squished or like I’m hiding my little one in a corner. The hot tub was greatly enjoyed by all and access to the beach allowed for a great daily walk to get out the wiggles. I had one minor issue during our stay, but the team at itrip were very quick to respond and help me with it while at the same time, not making me feel bad for contacting them. We will definitely be using itrip again, in fact already looking for a home for this summer.
