Head out to the famous Branson 76 Strip for plenty of shopping, dining, and shows. When you're ready for some thrills, head to Silver Dollar City, which is only 15 minutes away! This 1880's theme park features tons of exhilarating rides and attractions!

This newly remodeled end unit can comfortably hold four adults. We purchased this unit for vacation rentals based on its excellent location. Central to most of Branson's most popular attractions. Yet, it offers a quiet retreat for a relaxing evening after a busy day of exploring.

Save money on your vacation by visiting the nearby grocery store and using our fully equipped kitchen and new appliances. Create a home-cooked meal while still participating with your family, thanks to our open-concept layout. Enjoy your meal at the dining room table, or take it outside to the patio table. Enjoy the crisp Ozark Mountain mornings in this peaceful outdoor setting as well with a cup of complimentary coffee from the kitchen.

After a long day exploring Branson, kick up your feet and watch one of your favorite shows on the flat-screen television from the comfortable queen-sized bed in the Bedroom or from the fold-out couch in the living room. You will also find directions to access our free wireless internet to discover other fun-filled adventures awaiting you in the Branson area.

Getting cleaned up has never been so easy with our large shower, plush towels, and washcloths. We also include a fold-out sofa bed that can be used to accommodate two more guests. Our washer and dryer is an added convenience for the active family.

This modern, immaculately decorated condo has all you need to make your stay a happy one.

relaxing getaway

needed some time by myself for a relaxing and quiet quick getaway weekend. This place was the perfect fit. view of the water right off the deck...quiet, peaceful. property was nice and clean - they even had chocolate chip cookies waiting for me at arrival. i will definately be back!!!

Beautiful location on River

Conviently located on the river & just minutes away from Downtown Branson. Loved watching the sunrises from the covered porch! Comfortable accommodations & tastefully decorated. Great communication with host & we appreciated the extra special touch of leaving cookies for us upon arrival. Only suggestion would be to upgrade mattress in bedroom. Would recommend to others visiting the area.

We had some issues which were addressed by the host promptly. The facility was clean. It was a short drive to the main strip. Some of the furniture is a little dated but for a short time stay no big deal. The bed was comfortable.

Second Time Staying at This Condo

We were impressed with this property and it's location to the Marina. Condo was roomy/clean, bed was comortabe, bathroom was a nice size, and had great view of Lake Taneycomo. Only issues were light over the sink, light under microwave above range, and outside light at entry did not work. Other than that - we plan on being back again next year.

Great Spot

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The location was just right for us. Loved being right on lake Taneycomo and looking from the back deck out onto the lake was lovely! We also walked down to the marina and fished on the docks (free for guests). At the same time we were just a short drive from Branson attractions. The condo was well suited for the 2 of us. My only small complaint is if we were very quiet we could slightly hear the TV or noise in the condo next us. Nothing the owner can do about that and it wasn’t a big deal, just something we noticed. We also loved having access to the building with the game room, pool, and mini golf course. I would stay here again!

Summer vacation

Great place to stay! Close to everything but quiet location. The views are wonderful. Don't stay here if you plan on bank fishing or swimming. There's no access to the water from this condo but it's super close to the marina. The water is FREEZING cold, so no swimming. We had a great time and this condo served its purpose. We walked into fresh baked cookies and loved that. The only negative is that it's very small and the shower curtain was kinda gross and needed cleaned. Everything else was great. We also loved the sound machine in the bedroom. Perfect for sleeping and the beds were super comfortable!

Peaceful stay, away from the crowds.

We stayed over the Fourth of July and were amazed that most of the time we were able to avoid the high holiday traffic due to the location of this condo. We received a map when we picked up our show tickets from Bigfoot fun park (be prepared for high pressure to go to a timeshare presentation, though). The map gave us backroads to get to various places. This condo is far enough away from the busy green route to allow you to avoid this crazy traffic. The view from the back deck was so peaceful- the pictures do not do it justice. We rented a boat from the marina and enjoyed a peaceful morning on the water. It is such an interesting thing that while it was over 90 degrees on land, it was cool on the water- seriously! We didn’t fish, but heard it’s really good trout fishing down there! The condo itself was a good size for my husband and me. The bed was comfortable and a fan was provided which was wonderful to have for those of us who run hot at night. While this is something the host can not control, this is something some guests might want to be warned about: we could hear the people upstairs morning and evenings rolling around (not sure what was going on). We weren’t there in the afternoons, but I’d guess the noise could be heard then too. It wasn’t too bothersome to us because we were hardly at the condo, but for those looking for quiet, this might bother you. We had a lovely stay and would certainly love to stay here again when we come back.

Great view of Lake Taneycomo

We really enjoyed our stay. Nice condo and very clean. Great location with a beautiful view of Lake Taneycomo. Close vicinity to the marina, where we kept our boat. Will keep this one in mind for our next stay.

Quiet stay

Nice quiet area. Condo was clean. Everything is within a short driving distance. Beautiful view from balcony. There were a lot of spiders and cobwebs on the balcony but minor inconvenience. Not sure if it’s just that time of year or what because it seemed all the balconies had them. I would definitely stay here again. Far enough away from everything but close enough you don’t have to drive too far.

Cheer weekend

This was a wonderful place for our family of 4 to stay. A tad tight but definitely workable! My kids enjoyed having access to the indoor pool. My only complaint is the upstairs neighbors were up and at em VERY early Saturday morning, but that’s a risk you take with a condo. We will stay here again!

For years, my family has hosted television shows highlighting all that Branson has to offer. We have reviewed hundreds of local shows, restaurants, attractions, and stores. We know what visitors like. Predictably, we are often asked about lodging recommendations. We finally decided to enter the vacation rental market, to provide the best possible experience for our fans and followers.

As seasoned travelers, we know how important safe, clean, and comfortable accommodations are to the perfect vacation. We decided to offer the type of vacation rentals we look for when traveling. We do NOT offer low end lodging. We want to help create the perfect vacation for your family so we can work together year after year.
