The owners suite is complete with a beautiful full bathroom including a large shower with 16" rain shower head, double bowl vanity & a walk-in closet. 2nd bedroom and full bathroom off the main hallway.

Arrived in the evening and there had been no housekeeping. All of the beds were stripped and linens on the floor and in front of the washer and drier. A note was on the table from the previous guest saying that they also had no housekeeping on their arrival, and had to wash their linens themselves and they also had no hot water during their stay. When trying to reach the property owner it went to a voicemail that is full and can’t receive messages. After a long drive I had to find another place to stay last minute.

The location could not be! We were easily able to walk all around Frederick. Beds were comfortable, showers, very fancy, and space was neat and clean!

Cute condo in Frederick. We stayed here for a girls weekend. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, and within walking distance, sense of restaurants, coffee, and shopping.

The condo was great but we were unaware that there would be people staying above us. Luckily it was only part of the time because the children running and jumping upstairs sounded like a herd of buffalo. Additionally, the owner should invest in pillows more than 1 inch thick.

The positives: This condo is in a great location, walking distance to great restaurants and parks. The interior is nicely renovated and the bathrooms have higher end showers. The kitchen is beautiful. The not-so-positives: This is the bottom unit of the house and had a strong musty smell. The furnishings are minimal. The bed in the primary bedroom is horribly uncomfortable. It is a metal frame with a mattress that is designed to fold for storage so the metal could be felt when laying down.

Frederick weekend

Great location and close to downtown. Condo is completely renovated with plenty of space. The bed in the master bedroom could use updating but overall this was perfect for a short weekend and we enjoyed our stay

The best aspect of this condo is the location to all of the shops and dining. Fredrick is a charming town which is very walkable , filled with beautiful gardens, and charming old buildings. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Parking is in rear of building.

Clean, Spacious, Awesome Location

We enjoyed our stay in this Frederick condo. The condo was very clean and had plenty of space for three adults. Everything was in good working order. The condo is a short walk to lots of shops, restaurants and the park. Parking behind the condo was convenient and easy to use. Only suggestions would be a pathway from the parking area to the back patio (currently you have to walk through uneven grass) and more lighting near the patio steps. Highly recommend if you're staying in Frederick!

Exactly What We Needed

We were so happy with this property. There is plenty of space to spread out. It is fantastic to be so close to downtown Frederick. Also, the parking space in the alley is convenient to have.

Very comfortable and great location

Right downtown in historic old Frederick. Two large bedrooms, nice kitchen, lots of room, very clean. Only minor bummer was not having CNN as an available channel on the TV. But really, no complaints at all. Couldn't have been cleaner, which was appreciated. Would definitely come back again!
