Cet appartement spacieux d'une chambre se trouve à quelques pas des restaurants et magasins exclusifs de Frederick. Marcher jusqu'à Baker Park et Carroll Creek. Situé au deuxiÚme étage d'un bùtiment historique sur le meilleur bloc du centre-ville de Frederick. L'appartement comprend un salon spacieux, une cuisine / salle à manger, une grande chambre confortable avec un lit queen-size et une salle de bains art-déco. Nous avons un matelas gonflable si un autre lit est nécessaire. Café et thé sont fournis. L'appartement est équipé d'une laveuse, d'un sÚche-linge, de draps et de serviettes. Nous sommes heureux de fournir des recommandations de restaurants et de vous diriger vers les nombreuses attractions de Frederick. Il y a une place de parking gratuite à deux pùtés de maisons et le parking dans la rue est gratuit aprÚs 17h.

The host did not greet us, however a very pleasant surrogate/neighbor did. We didn't have any concerns at that time. However, two big concerns came up. The first was the lack of hot water. Even after running the hot water for 20 minutes, we could not get enough warm water for a comfortable bath or shower. So, we took sponge baths both days. Contacting the host at that time would have been unlikely to result in a plumber to fix the problem. We only stayed two days, so we made do. The second concern was the very loud clanging noise every time the radiators came on. It resulted in two nights of very disturbed sleep. We are familiar with radiator heaters, but the noise these made was excessive. and went on and off all day and night.Otherwise, the rental was well appointed and in a good location for our purposes.

Stay was comfortable. Apartment had all that we needed, and the bed was comfortable. Location was amazing, very convenient to all downtown locations. Host was communicative and easy to partner with. Only challenge was the parking. The property has multiple parking spots, but they were taken up by others both nights (people who shouldn't have parked there). While the host was extremely helpful and worked out alternative parking for us, it was inconvenient and frustrating. Overall, I would stay again since the location is so great, but I would ask for instructions on what to do and where to go should the spots be taken that doesn't require late night communication or confusion.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Frederick. The apartment is a wonderful place to stay. The bed is very comfortable--we slept very well. Pat, thank you for your warm and welcoming hospitality. If we are ever in this area again, we will definitely stay here. Highly recommend.

Great location, cute place

We were in town from Charleston, SC for a wedding that was being held at Brewer’s Alley across the street. The location is fantastic - close to shopping, bars, restaurants, etc. really enjoyed being in the mix of everything!

Wonderful hidden gem!

We had a wonderful visit to Frederick. Pat was awesome! The apartment is spotless and stacked with anything you could possibly need. Super convenient to shopping, restaurants and anything else you may want to do in downtown Frederick. A great bang for your buck. We will definitely be back next time we’re up there visiting family.

Excellent stay in downtown Frederick

The apartment had everything we wanted and was a fantastic location. Having a dedicated parking space in downtown Frederick is a bonus. Host communication with property details/information was excellent and checked us in in-person to make sure we were all set. Even though the apt is on a main street in town, the bedroom is quiet and the bed comfortable! We didn’t need a washer/dryer for our long weekend, but for those staying longer, it’s a great amenity. The apt is walkable to everything: restaurants, shops, museums, theatre, breweries, parks, antiques. You won’t be disappointed!

Downtown Frederick fun

Clean, comfortable, enabled us to stretch out & relax a bit. It was nice to have a full apt. to be able to prep. a meal and the convenience of exploring downtown Frederick with options to eat our or in. An added perk - we had a great view of the annual Frederick downtown Christmas parade from this 2nd floor apt. Host Pat is lovely & so accommodating, will definitely be staying again!

Lovely apartment in older building

This apartment is in downtown Frederick above a clothing store and in the middle of all the shopping and restaurant action. A big park is just a few blocks away. We loved being in downtown with everything in walking distance even with the night before Thanksgiving partying going on. The bedroom is in the back so it is quieter. Our dog was very comfortable as well.

I was greeted by Pat and she was delightful and so helpful! She actually stood in a parking spot to save it until I could get around the block - now that's service! The apartment was clean and bright and the bed was heavenly! I hope to stay there again.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our 3-night stay. Easy access. Parking is plenty close. Tons of restaurants within just a block or two. We'd stay there again. The adjacent building is being renovated, so we had some early morning noise a couple of times. Overall loved it.

Cute, Cozy & Right Downtown!

Cute little apartment in the center of downtown Frederick! Pat is an absolutely wonderful host! This was our third time staying, and once again, will not be our last. A plethora of locally-owned restaurants, small shops and vintage boutiques - ALL within walking distance! Whether you are considering a visit to Frederick for the first time or are a frequent visitor, I highly recommend this cozy little place - you won’t regret it! 🙂

A brief break

Homey, comfortable, one bedroom, full bath, eat-in kitchen and spacious living room. Located In downtown, historic Frederick, a few blocks from parks to walk out dog. Neighborhood seemed safe to us. It rained for the 2 days we were there (post hurricane Helene), but we were mostly looking to break up our travel from Boston to North Carolina and we have 2 nieces that live in town we wanted to visit. Tho' located in a. Area with lots of restaurants, beer pubs and parks.
