Our beautiful 160m²/1725sqft villa is located on an quiet cul-de-sac minutes from Cape Coral´s Yacht Club community park and beach. It includes a master suite with king size bed and a workplace where you can leave your computer stuff. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third room has two twin beds. The kitchen comes fully equipped and has plenty of counter space for preparing meals and a pass-through to the patio. Our vacation home comes with all the amenities you need like -TV in two rooms with Roku, books, games and of course WiFi.
Enjoy the gorgeous Florida sunsets in the back yard while barbecuing and dining, or relaxing in the heated pool, or just lounging in the deck chairs on the screened-in patio which overlooks two canals. Enjoy sunbathing and fishing from the boat dock.
This is truly your home away from home!

Our stay was very good. The only issue was that we were given the incorrect code to get into the residence. It took a couple of hours for anyone to get back with us and give us the correct code. Other than that everything was very good. Very nice neighborhood.

Very clean. Nice home. Comfortable. Great pool. Private. Good restaurants near by. Needs a grill brush and instructions for TV service/remote controls. Screen around pool has several places to be repaired....so we could not be outside after dusk.....bugs, biting bugs.

Very Nice Property. Great Location

We stayed here on a family vacation. The house was clean and conveniently located for both driving and boating. We rented the boat that the owners have available with the property (extra fees for boat use of course, but they are significantly less than renting from a boat rental place). It was nice spending the morning fishing and the afternoon on the beach. Getting to the beach by boat was also the way to go. The house is in a great location so you don't have boats going by at all hours and you have a good amount of privacy. It's in a great location to get to good restaurants, grocery store, etc. The house is almost as listed. Almost, but it's actually better than the listing so that's why it still gets 5 stars. The master bed is a king, not a queen, so bonus. The pictures on the listing are as advertised. This is probably one of the best furnished houses we have stayed in. Had everything we wanted and then some. The pool was clean and we liked that it had a deep end. Would definitely recommend staying here if planning a vacation in this area (especially if you plan on renting a boat).

Very nice, but

This is a nice home in a very nice, peaceful neighborhood with a great view. However, there were two issues that kept me from giving 5 stars. Worst issue was roaches in the kitchen. When I notified the manager she told me to look for spray and spray them. Not really the response I expected but we dealt with it. Because of that we didn’t feel comfortable using the kitchen at all except for the fridge and microwave. Second issue not a huge deal but you run the risk of additional charges if you turn the ac below 78. I know this is common in these rentals but that is not comfortable for sleeping. Overall we enjoyed the home but also very disappointed for the money we spent.

Thank you for your review. We do have pest control in place, but the Palmetto bugs (Roaches) still will be around - We are in the south and it is common. We do have roach spray inside of house for the occasional roach that may show up. The air is recommended at 78 per our electric company - It does state that there is an extra charge to lower the air - but setting the air below a certain temp in our humid climate can freeze the system and then you have no air. So this is a recommendation and not be to be set below 70 so it does not freeze up.

November 2021 - Cape Coral Yacht Club

The property is what you see in the pictures. What you do not see in the pictures is the proximity to so many wonderful waterways to explore. We spent our time exploring Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, Matlacha, Cabbage Key, the many miles of canals/channels, and more. We had our 2 adult children along and there was plenty of room in the house for everyone. Everyone loved the patio/pool deck and when we weren't out in the boat, we were in the pool/on the pool deck. The house if fully stocked with cookware, plates, cups, utensils, etc. We have stayed in many VRBO properties throughout the years and this is the best stocked one we have seen. It is not only fully stocked, but everything is high quality and in very good condition. We would easily return to this property. It was a wonderful trip for us parents, and our children.

Wonderful stay!

This place is amazing, right on the canal and minutes away from bigger places. Ft Myers is really nice if your looking for the up beat and more busy life style. Overall a great place to stay. And would definitely go back. Thank you so much for sharing your home with my family.

Clean, well-maintained getaway.

There are lots of great reviews for this property, and we wanted to add one more to the list! The house was beautiful and clean, well stocked with towels, beach chairs, dishes, pots and pans, etc. Everything was all set for us when we arrived. The pool and lanai were both large with plenty of seating. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. The three bedrooms were just right for our family of five and our kids, 7, 5, and 3 were so comfortable. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your beautiful home!

Exactly what we were looking for! This home is beautiful and well equipped it’s located close to everything but far enough away so it’s quiet. The pool and pool area is the best part we spent most of our time there swimming and watching the canal. The only thing that could use a upgrade is the master bed, it was hard, uncomfortable and noisy and made me miss my bed. The refrigerator ice maker had very bad black mold so I spent my first day there removing the mold and disinfecting it but the rest of the home was very clean and well kept. This home is near the grocery store and some of the best restaurants there is a lot to do and everyone is so nice. Sanibel beach was absolutely beautiful and only about 30 minutes away. The manager was very nice and accommodating. We will definitely be returning!!

Beautiful place with million dollar views.

We absolutely loved this property. Great location and the home had everything we needed. It was so amazing, I wanted to ask the owner if I could purchase the home from them as I’ll be moving to the Cape in June. I’d highly recommend this home.

Amazing location

The home was perfect for our family. The kids enjoyed the pool and also the fishing was good. Home was very clean and had everything you would need. Check in and put was painless. I highly recommend this property and will be returning myself.

It was a nice space, but could have been cleaner. It also didn't have basics like soap, so make sure you add it to your grocery list. Good location and it was a nice layout. We enjoyed having the outdoor area. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Sehr schöner Urlaub in Cape Coral

Die Gesamtorganisation war sehr gut sowie die vor Ort Betreuung durch eine sehr nette Fr Dunn. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut und von der Terasse über den großen Pool hat man einen schönen Blick. Insgesamt positiver Eindruck und ein schöner Urlaub

Gut eingerichtetes Hausam Kanal, ruhige Toplage

Dieses Ferienhaus liegt anfangs Cape Coral in ruhiger Lage, in der Ecke am Kanal. Mit dem Boot ist der Weg sehr kurz für diverse tolle Ausflüge. Auch mit dem Auto ist man sehr schnell in alle Richtungen. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet, sauber, die Klima-Anlage ruhig und lässt sich gut einstellen. Der Pool schön gross mit sehr guter Wasserqualität. Die Aussicht vom Poolbereich ist von früh bis spät fantastisch. Kein Bootsverkehr trotz der nahen Lage zum Meer. Der Kontakt im Vorfeld zu der Besitzerin sowie zur Verwalterin verlief reibungslos. Auch die Bootsübergabe und Instruktion mit Scott war sehr angenehm. Es war unser 7. Florida Urlaub und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem Ferienhaus.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus in schöner Lage

Als erfahrene Florida-Ferienhaus-Mieter sind wir diesmal über FeWo-direkt auf dieses Haus gestossen. Die Lage an der Kanalkreuzung ist wirklich top und verleiht der Sicht von der Terrasse fast einen Seeblick. Der solarbeheizte Pool ist für Florida-Ferienhäuser sehr groß, so dass man nicht nur baden sondern auch ein wenig schwimmen kann. Die Küche ist umfangreich ausgestattet, toll für kleine Ausflüge sind auch die Fahrräder in der Garage. Das Haus selbst liegt sehr ruhig am Ende einer Straße. Alles war sehr sauber und die Betreuung vor Ort durch die Hausverwaltung vorbildlich.

Auch unser zweiter Aufenthalt war wieder sehr angenehm.

Wir haben das Haus zum zweiten Mal gemietet. Es hat alles wieder reiebungslos geklappt. Sehr angenehm ist der unkomplizierte Kontakt und die nette Organisation. Wir sind diese Mal sehr spät in der Nacht (bzw. oder auch sehr früh am Morgen) angereist. Es war sehr angenehm, dass uns Carolin ein kleines Frühstückssortiment besorgt hatte. Die Betreuung vor Ort ist sehr gut, alles klappt wie besprochen...auch die Einweisung und Übergabe des Bootes. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen, man hört maximal ab und zu „Lärm“ von den Gartenmaschinen in der Nachbarschaft die den Rasen pflegen....aber das ist ja nicht vermeidbar.

Ein Ort zum entspannen und sich wohl fühlen

Als wir in Cape Coral angekommen sind, haben wir ein Haus vorgefunden, was unsere Erwartungen übertroffen hat. Das Haus bietet genügend Platz für 6 Personen und ist ausgestattet mit allem, was das Herz begehrt. Die Vermieter geben sich wirklich Mühe, es den Mietern so schön wie möglich zu machen. Angefangen von einer Flasche Wein zur Begrüßung über eine Mappe mit allen Dingen, die man im Haus und in der Umgebung wissen möchte bis hin zu einer großen DVD-Sammlung, wenn man den Abend mal nicht auf der Terrasse verbringen möchte. Wir werden dieses Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und bedanken uns noch einmal herzlich bei den Vermietern.

Erholsame Unterkunft

Die Villa liegt sehr zentral in Cape Coral, von dort sind Tagesausflüge in die nähere Umgebung sehr gut durchführbar. Das Haus liegt an zwei Kanälen, es ist unglaublich ruhig gelegen und mit allem ausgestattet, um einen entspannten Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen zu können.
