Lovely, clean basement apartment. A bit warm despite the swamp cooler, esp in the back room. 3 bedrooms so we had three beds to choose from and each a little different. There is def noise from above which was to be expected. Hosts were friendly and responsive via messenger. Couch is comfy. It was a good home base for our adventures but def not a vacation spot in and of itself, which is fine. At the time of our stay there was a yellow jacket ground nest right by the parking area under the hedge. I alerted the hosts of this and they claimed to spray but should treat the hole more robustly before they sting someone. I recommend tempo powder puffed into the hole just after sunset. Kitchen had the basics. Toiletries provided. Check in info wasn't given until about an hour before checkin but was super simple.

Not as described

It's a super cute place! A little bit hard to find, but adorable nonetheless. The owners are in the unit above this one. It was a little bit creepy to receive a text about ten minutes after arriving, asking me to park somewhere else. Signage can help this issue. The biggest problem, though, was the available beds were not accurately described on the site. We booked specifically because it stated it had a funton available. However, there was no futon. After asking, they said they replaced the futon with a regular couch and would update the description. My 15-year old is 6'5", so sharing a bed is very challenging for him. He wound up sleeping on the floor. I felt so bad for him!

Not as expected. We didn’t get the whole house to ourselves. Only the bottom level to ourselves. The beds are not as good, not much support. The dining table can barely fit 4 ppl due to the oversized Lshaped coach. Overall clean. No smell. Towels provided is good but towels are cheap n a little rough. Homegoods towels are better. Portable AC in kitchen so doesn’t reach the rooms. Have Portable fans in each room. pros: Big fridge. 2 water bottle n 2 small bags of chips provided. Little bit of coffee provided (1 days worth). Utensils n corian plates, glasses n mugs provided.

Great Location

This is a great quiet property in a sweet little neighborhood. One bed had sheets that didn’t fit which was kinda funny but we made it work. Wonderful space, everything that we needed.

Good Basement Spot as a Northern Seattle Jumping Off Point

Nice little spot. Drove 15-20 min to Northgate train stop, then took it downtown (another 15-20 min). I think there will be closer train stops in the future. Well-run stay and very little to do at checkout.

Perfect For Me

Clean, quiet, comfortable, excellent communication with the hosts, secure, safe, and perfect for me. There was a little noise at times from upstairs, which is to be expected. Didn't bother me a bit, I only mention it for the person who prefers total quiet. If you don't mind having the host upstairs, which i didn't, this place is perfect.

Comfortable living accommodations

Excellent use of space in main area. Very clean and comfortable. Wish there had been some chairs on the patio as it was a beautiful day.

Nice and easy

Close to Seattle and close to the ferry made for easy trips. Neighborhood was quiet and made for a relaxing home base for us.
