"5005" Valley View Condo is located inside The Sky Valley Community. The condo is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath with the Master having it's own private bath as well as a private porch off the bedroom. The 2nd bedroom is a queen with it's own private bath and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twins with bath in the hallway area. A full kitchen with a breakfast area is great if you choose to cook at home. Wonderful views out back of mountains & golf course. The Sky Valley Country Club has a beautiful 18 hole championship course open for public play all seasons. Back inside there are 3 New Smart Tv's as well as 1 Tv in Twin Bedroom to connect your video games. Valley View has it's own pool and grill area. The City Of Sky Valley has pickle ball courts as well as wonderful walking trails. Located just 5 minutes from Sky Valley there's a world class zipline, mountain roller coaster and snow tubing and ice skating available in the winter months. We are also 5 minutes from The Vineyard at High Holly, a beautiful wedding venue as well as a place to taste the wine. A perfect place to stay, work, play, rest and explore the North Georgia Mountains as well as Highlands and Franklin North Carolina. Come stay a month or more in our beautiful Sky Valley!

Sky Valley

There are not enough words to describe the Sky Valley Golf Resort. The facilities are first class. It is a very beautiful place. The Condo is in a great location, easy to find and get to. Very spacious Apartment. Pam was very helpful.

Family wedding weekend

Pamela was quick to reply to my questions. This end unit was quiet and spacious. Sky Valley was very convenient for our family wedding itinerary. The waterfall in Sky Valley was a bonus for photos.

Golf condo in sky valley

Rented this awesome condo in the sky valley country club. Owner was attentive and available, both via the VRBO app and in person (came to give us a kettle). Condo itself was super neat, clean and comfortable. We had a great weekend especially using the well equiped kitchen to cook our meals and the amazing balcony to consume them. Easy access to hiking and boating nearby. Recommend wholeheartedly.

Awesome mountain views

Very pleased with the location of the property especially to the golf course. We enjoyed watching the golfers from the unit's 2 private balconies. We have already booked our next 2 trips to Sky Valley this summer in this unit! Thanks Pamela for a great stay.

close to creeks for fishing

We were in the area for 2 nights to trout fish with our grandkids. Our host was excellent in communicating with us and our check-in was flawless. The condo was very spacious and fulfilled our needs.

Wonderful Holiday Stay

Pamela was a Five Star manager. She helped us in every way and was extremely responsive. She circumnavigated burst water pipes and a few other lodging issues to make our stay possible and comfortable. . Very grateful.

Short Stay

We had a short two night stay in Sky Valley. We were heading to meet friends in Highlands but had to change VRBO plans. The host to this property was extremely accommodating, answered questions timely and made it an easy last minute stay for our short trip. The space was very nice, clean, easy to navigate, well stocked and we had plenty of room for a family of 6.

"5005" Valley View condo is located in the heart of the Sky Valley, Georgia community.
The condo is a corner unit which offers plenty of space as well as privacy. Elevation is 3500' which means cooler summers and yet winter is pretty mild and does not overstay it's visit. Sky Valley hosts its own 4th of July festivities ending with a wonderful fireworks display. The fall brings not only color, but our city's Fall Festival with arts, crafts, antique car show, and much more. Our gifted artists delight us with The "Haybale Trail" and of course magical light displays during the Christmas season.

"5005" Valley View condo is inside the community of Sky Valley, Georgia. But, 20 minutes from downtown Highlands, NC, 15 minutes from Clayton, Georgia, 20 minutes from Franklin, NC, 5 minutes from Scaly Mountain, NC. In other words we are right in the middle of many wonderful places to explore.
