Row House #4 in Old Town Park City Right Next to PCMR

The Bluebird House has 4 condos in the building. There are 2 units upstairs and 2 units downstairs. Unit 4 is an upstairs unit.

Location can’t be beat. Walk 1 block (.3 mile) to Park City Mountain Resort or take the staircase down 11th Street to Park Avenue and Historic Main Street (.6 mile).

Secure locked garage parking has parking for 6 cars and radiant heated driveway. Parking is a plus in Old Town where it can be difficult.

65" smart TV has streaming on Roku that's linked up Netflix, Hulu, You Tube and Amazon Prime and all your subscription channels. 55" smart tv in bedroom. Washer/dryer in each unit.

1 Gig internet speed from Xfinity.

One king and one queen sized bedroom with quality linens and Apple TV in king bedroom.

There is a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room to accommodate a total of 6 guests per condo.

The kitchen has a Sub-zero Refrigerator and Wolf oven/range. Dinnerware and barware are provided for eight. Coffee machine and Espresso maker in each unit.

Bathrooms are updated w/glass stall shower in the hall bathroom and a Swedish spa tub and shower in the 2nd bathroom. The bathrooms have hair dryers and plenty of towels.

These luxurious condos are air conditioned for warm summer months. Each unit has it’s own personal ski/board locker. We also provide bike racks and air pumps for those visiting us in the summer.

The shared sunny back deck has a gas BBQ grill & 8-person hot tub, with seating for outdoor dining. The covered front porch overlooking Park City is perfect for reading a book or sipping a glass of wine or a snifter of High West Whiskey.

Sundance Condo

We had a great stay here. It was exactly as listed and in a perfect location for our needs during the Sundance Film Festival and incredibly convenient for getting to the mountain for snowboarding. Would highly recommend.

Bluebird Skiies!

A wonderful stay at The Bluebird House! Perfect location to hit the slopes, shop historic downtown and enjoy a peaceful stay. Round Valley trails are amazing! The kitchen, fireplace, hot tub and very comfortable beds and bedding made our stay sp relaxing and homey. Thank you Renee!!!

Wonderful location and stay

We had a great ski trip in park city this year. The property was walking distance from the park city lifts about 3 blocks and short 10 minute walk to downtown restaurants and shopping. The garage downstairs was huge and nice to have indoor parking and plenty of storage for gear and bonus boot warmers! Would highly recommend and will be back

Blue Bird

Great place to stay. Liked the location from the mountain and Main Street. Only wish is that the sleeper sofa was a bit more comfortable to sleep more than four people. Otherwise this fit us perfectly. Renee was very helpful when our arrival time didn't align with check in. Thank you!!

Cozy, Comfortable & Inviting

Our family loved this place! There was plenty of room for the four of us (2 adults, 2 teens). The kitchen was great, and we used it on most nights to prepare family meals. We had lots of laughs at the dining table while reviewing our family adventures on the slopes. Great sleep in comfortable beds. Enjoyed the gas fireplace too. The garage & heated driveway was a big bonus, especially given all of the snow that came down during our visit. Very easy walk to PCMR every morning.

Wonderful Stay

This unit has great location. Close to ski lifts and Main Street. Gas fireplace worked great and living room has large tv. Wifi worked great. Host is very responsive.

Perfect in every way

We totally enjoyed our stay at Blue Bird house! The furniture, beds, kitchen set up, dishes, pots/pans were all great! There is an easy to use gas fireplace that was lovely. The hot tub (shared) was also a bonus. The location is a short (10-15 minutes) walk to Main Street. It is up on a hill, but there are numerous staired walkways to get down to Main Street without worrying about cars. If you have a car, there is a garage (shared) that is great. The house is a 4-plex, so even with the "Shared" garage and hot tub, it's not like there are a ton of people around you. We enjoyed this home and will likely book it again next time we are in Park City. Renee was a pleasure to work with and was very responsive!

Amazing Park City Condo

Our small family, including our two dogs had an amazing late summer getaway at unit #4. Renee was a great host and even gave us some local tips of her favorite places! The back common area is a great place to unwind, after a great day exploring the mountains with a glass of wine and soak in the hot tub! We will definitely be back! 5+⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great Location and perfect for Dogs!

We enjoyed our stay here! The location is perfect, walkable (but not a short walk) to the resort and perfect evening walk to Main Street restaurants and stores. Access to the parking garage at the condo was really handy and we were able to fit a large truck inside with ease. Once we arrived, we didn’t need a car or to Uber anywhere. The pictures didn’t match the listing but the description holds true and the condo is still very nice on the inside. This condo is dog friendly and our pup loved it too with a dog park a short walk away. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place and perfect location

What a great stay! The bed and sheets were delightful and comfortable, the living room was beautiful to watch the sunrise and the nice big tv was great to chill with at night. Renee was so accommodating and helpful to work with; we’ll absolutely stay here again.

Perfect

Everything was perfect! We were greeted by a cozy fire and welcoming lights. We loved the location - close enough to walk to the ski lifts and close to mountain trails to take our dog fir a walk. The hot tub was a welcome break after playing all day. The unit was quiet, even with neighbors next door and below. The neighborhood was friendly and welcoming. Having a garage was so helpful, especially when it snowed. Every detail was thought of.
