LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!! Welcome to Lowell Place, an awesome condo for ALL outdoor lovers who want to experience the mountain life!!

If you love skiing, boarding, hiking, mountain biking, boating or fishing, this unit is for you! The unit is ~100 steps to Creole and Quittin Time trails. Enjoy our ski in / ski out*** condo with access to Park City Mountain (*** Ski In: ~100 steps from Creole / Town Run / Quittin Time runs to the building; Ski out: ~200 steps from the building up a slight hill to ski/board down to Town Lift)!!! 15 min drive to the Jordanelle Reservoir for boating and other water activities.

For coffee, food and/or drinks, you will be 4 short blocks down to Main Street; so close to all the action without all the noise.

Other Amenities include:
- Two TVs with ROKU 4K connected for all your streaming needs
- In unit washer and dryer set
- REMOTE WORK setup with a desk, monitor, keyboard/mouse & Wifi (~100MBPS)
- Fully Loaded Kitchen
- Community hot tub
- PRIVATE patio with BBQ and table/chairs
- Personal Lockout Storage (in garage) for all your gear
- Covered parking in garage (1 spot) with plenty of guest parking

Our cozy condo accommodates up to 6 people. The primary bedroom and secondary bedroom both have queen size beds and also have a pack n' play for our little guests. The couch in the living room converts to a queen size bed. There is a full bath with shower and tub with the primary bedroom and the second bedroom has a full bathroom across the hall with a stand up shower.

Sorry, no smoking and no pets.

Hosts were totally great - responsive, easy to communicate with, attentive. The condo was great too, though I agree with another review that the unit is a bit dated from the pics, and has your typical rental property furniture and decor - adequate, but not super special. It was pretty comfortable (size-wise) for us 2, though not a lot of room to spare. It's "cozy." Loved having the gas fireplace. Kitchen was fine (would have loved a small sauce pan; just had a medium one). The computer docking station was great for work. In terms of location - walking to town was super easy. Skiing out, unfortunately, was a bit of a challenge. The lack of snow meant that the Town Run and Town Lift were not open for the 1st week. They did open up our 2nd week. Run to the condo (Quittin' Time) was VERY steep at the end (Creole never opened); I couldn't do it, but my hubby could. Base of P.C. is pretty close (about 1/2 mile) and I actually walked home one day with my boots on and carrying my skis. Hot tub was nice. Though it did not snow for us, covered parking is another perk. All in all, enjoyed our stay.

The location of the property was great. Close to downtown and the ski slopes. It was about 1/2 mile away so we didn’t have our kids walk to the slopes which is what we anticipated from the description. The property itself was a little outdated and the kitchen was only big enough for one person. Overall, it worked for our family of four. We had a great time and the host was available to us when needed.

This host was extremely responsive! He went out of his way to ensure we had a pack and play for our new infant. Also, the location was amazing for September! 10 minute walk to downtown even with our hound kids as well as easy access to really great trails right outside our door.

Oliver and Janette were very easy to reach and communicate with. We had a couple of instances that were challenging and beyond their control. They worked hard to remedy them.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The location was ideal for the Art festival. Parking was a breeze in front of the building and communication was clear and concise. The condo is a bit dated. The kitchen sink drain needs to be flushed and aired out to eliminate a distinct stale odor in the unit. The bed was comfy and the additional a/c unit in the living area was welcome. We would stay here again and recommend.

Overall Great Place!

We really enjoyed the condo. The location was really good, close to main street. Easy walk downhill. The uphill climb and stairs were more challenging but certainly doable. Had a wonderful time as a family and loved the fireplace and views.

Great condo, great location

The condo was comfy and well appointed and couldn’t be better located. Maybe 50 yards away from a trail that leads to the town chair lift and three blocks from the center of town. We had a terrific stay and I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Park City.

Excellent Location and Owner Responsiveness

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Park City property. We did have one issue—the refrigerator was not working properly. It turns out it needed a freon charge. The owner was incredibly responsive, sending a repair man over immediately with a small replacement fridge. This did the trick, but it also was a bit of a burden as we could barely fit our food in it (we prepared several meals ahead and flew with them, making it easy to prepare meals after a long day on the mountain). Also, the dishwasher is a little tricky to use, but the cleaning lady reset it for us.The location for skiing and getting to town is excellent. Getting to the town lift is a very short, slightly uphill walk. Getting to town is a 5 minute downhill walk. The return uphill walk could be bit much for an elderly person. The parking situation for the home is easy and convenient.

Perfect weekend

This was the perfect place to spend a few days get away in Park City. The Location absolutely could not be beat! The condo was so cute and clean and comfortable. We are already looking at plans to go back!

Park City Ski Trip

Oliver was a tremendous host for my group ski trip to park city. The location, space and overall vibe of our stay was wonderful. Oliver was attentive to our needs and I’d love to stay here again.

We were a party of 4 adults visiting for a ski trip. The location was fantastic! It’s only about a 50 yard walk to being able to click into your skis and head down to the town lift.

Amazing location

The location was fantastic and we had a blast walking down to Main Street each night. The place is quite more aged compared to the photos but still had great functionality and was perfect for four people. Host was incredible and super communicative and we had all the kitchen ware we needed to cook each night. Was easy to also walk from the base of park city mountain or walk up to the trail to ski to the town lift.
