BIENVENUE À «MOUNTAIN CREST»… une retraite de montagne de trois chambres récemment rénovée, y compris tous les nouveaux appareils électroménagers et le bain à remous ainsi que les meubles et les améliorations de conception partout.

SITUATION EXCEPTIONNELLE DE LA VIEILLE VILLE… La maison est idéalement située dans le lotissement en copropriété Town Pointe sur Park Avenue, l'adresse la plus souhaitable de la vieille ville de Park City. C’est un pâté de maisons facile, un trottoir menant à l’ascenseur de la ville et à la rue Main… accès à la montagne, restaurants de classe mondiale, shopping et divertissement à votre porte.

DESIGN CONTEMPORAIN DE LA MONTAGNE ... Magnifiquement agencé et confortablement accueillant ... cette maison est parfaite si vous recherchez le logement idéal et l'emplacement combiné. Le plan d'étage est ouvert et accueillant. La cuisine et la salle à manger coulent de façon transparente dans le salon, créant ainsi l'espace ultime pour se réunir entre amis et en famille. Le salon, avec foyer au gaz et téléviseur intelligent de 60 pouces, est l'endroit idéal pour se détendre après une grande journée de ski, de randonnée ou de randonnée sur les sentiers du PC. Et vous n'avez pas besoin d'aller loin pour faire passer la détente au niveau supérieur ... le tout nouveau bain à remous se trouve juste à l'extérieur sur notre terrasse couverte privée.

L'hébergement comprend 3 chambres bien aménagées… Les chambres Master (King) et Guest (King) ont une salle de bain complète. La troisième chambre (Twin sur Queen Bunk) a une salle de bain individuelle également accessible depuis le foyer qui mène au salon principal.

Le salon dispose d'un téléviseur de 60 pouces avec barre de son, d'un câble HD Xfinity avec capacités DVR, d'un lecteur Blu-ray et d'une Apple TV. Les invités peuvent se connecter via Bluetooth à la barre de son et jouer leur propre musique via Pandora, Spotify ou ITunes. La chambre principale dispose d'une télévision HD de 50 pouces, la chambre lit queen-size de 40 "et la chambre lits jumeaux de 32".

Awesome place, great location.

The property manager was amazing and accommodated us greatly. The location was perfect, had a ski locker in the covered parking which was nice for our stuff. The condo was cozy and had wonderful common areas. Would stay here again.

This was our third time booking this unit. We are very choosy where we stay, and are sticklers for cleanliness. It is perfect for our family of four, and can accommodate more. Just a short walk to The Town Lift and Main Street. Great shopping and tons of different restaurants. The unit is stocked with everything you need for your stay. The kitchen has plenty of gadgets for cooking, and has basic spices. All appliances are in great working order. The keurig is brand new! It is extremely clean, and the beds are all VERY comfortable. The property manager is prompt to answer any questions you may have. Don’t think twice, book this unit before someone else does!

Great spot in Park City

This is a really nice property, that is pretty much right at the bottom of Park City Main street and all the action. It also has air conditioning and an elevator that my in-laws really liked. The kitchen was also really well appointed so we were able to enjoy our cooking there.

Great location - we were able to walk everywhere! The condo was extremely clean & updated. Unfortunately, the fireplace was not working during our stay (it was outside of the host’s control) but besides that it was the perfect trip! Would definitely recommend.

Outstanding and centrally located

We had two couples in our party and it was perfect. Three bedrooms and two of them had en-suite bathrooms. The beds are very comfortable! Located in downtown Park City and a short walk to restaurants, shopping, bars and more. The place is very well appointed with everything we could have wanted or needed. Highly recommended!

Ski trip

Comfortable condo that is very walkable to the town lift and everything old town PC offers. Unit has all the comforts of home and is very well maintained - like new. Highly recommend. Garage parking also a bonus.

We quickly fell in love with this charming little ski town that boasts of two of the most renowned ski resorts in the world - Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley Resort. Having spent over 25 years in the travel industry, it was a natural transition for me to assume the responsibility of managing and marketing our home. Over the past several years I have expanded Olcha Property Management to represent a selective collection of exceptional homes in the Park City and Deer Valley area, this lovely property included.
