Casa El Delfin, 2nd Floor-Apt. 2 - Estacahuite

Casa El Delfin is a 3-level house only steps away from one of the most beautiful & peaceful beaches on the Pacific coast in Oaxaca, Mexico. It's located on the bay of Estacahuite just 5 minutes away from Puerto Angel (a small fishing village) & 30 minutes from Huatulco Airport. The ocean view from the house is unforgettable. You will be able to view the beautiful sunrise and sunsets everyday of your stay. You will have full access to 3 beaches to snorkel, swim, scuba dive, or just enjoy the sounds and smell of the ocean air. There's some of the most beautiful coral reefs and fish in this area. There are several open-air restaurants/bars on the beach close to the house and small grocery stores in the neighborhood for your convenience. This is truly paradise.

Casa El Delfin is made up of three separate apartments each with their own private entrance and all equipped with consistent WiFi access and air conditioned. There are ceiling fans in all rooms. All windows can be open and have screens. All beds have attached nightstands with lamps and electricity. There is a dresser and sitting area in each bedroom. There is also a rooftop bungalow/palapa available for renting.

Casa El Delfin, 2nd Floor (Apt. 2) --THIS LISTING--has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, full-size eat-in kitchen, and living room with a Smart TV. Apt. 2 has 2 queen-sized beds and can accommodate 4 people. It is fully furnished. and AC in all room. A small flight of steps is required to get to the 2nd floor.

The other parts of the house are also available for renting.

All levels share a secure parking area and BBQ grilling space. There's also plenty of on-street parking. If the 3rd level (rooftop bungalow/palapa) is not rented out, all guests will have full access to the rooftop for sunbathing and enjoy the beautiful views. Each floor has its own terrace area with hammocks to enjoy the ocean view. There are also tables, chairs, & benches for outdoor dining. Kayaks and life vests are available for our guests. There are exterior security cameras 24/7.

There will be a building staff member available 24/7 for your convenience and will greet and let guests in when you arrive.

We do have external security cameras (no audio). There are no interior cameras. They are installed for the entrances to the property and in the exterior terrace passage areas. These are on at all times. This is for liability and safety measures for our guests.
